"I've Hit The Lottery"
Nonouti: Dave, Elyse, Frosti, Gina, Na’Onka, Tom.
Tarawa: Angelia, Matty, Pete, Shannon.
Voiceover – Previously on… Survivor!
We could see both original tribes on their tribe mat.
Voiceover - On day one, castaways were divided into two tribes : Tarawa, and Nonouti.
We could see each group as they would be named.
Voiceover - The Nonouti tribe was ran by Tom, who made deals with almost everyone in the tribe.
Gina - I was wondering if you wanted to work together in this game as partners?
Tom – Of course!
Confessional Tom - I'm the Puppet Master of the tribe right now.
Voiceover - And their unity made them dominant at immunity challenges... as they won four out of the six immunity challenges!
Jeff Probst - Nonouti... Nonouti.... Nonouti wins immunity!
We could see them yell their victory every time.
Jeff Probst - Nonouti wins immunity!
Voiceover - On the other hand, Tarawa was ran by an alliance of four from the beginning! The SPAM alliance!
Shannon – The SPAM alliance, our first initials.
Matty - Let’s go with SPAM! Spamming our way to the end!
We could see Shannon, Matty, Angelia and Pete putting their hands together.
Voiceover - And since Lindsey's medical evacuation...
We could see Lindsey being pulled from the game.
Voiceover - The outsiders of Tarawa stood no chance to survive!
We could see Cochran, Parvati and Nina's torches get snuffed one after the one.
Voiceover - They are now down to four... all members of that alliance!
We could see the four remaining Tarawa sitting at tribal council.
Voiceover - Ten are left... who will be voted out... tonight!?
TARAWA, NIGHT 18
All four remaining Tarawa members were back to camp at night, with their torches in hand. They just led it down, and they went to sleep in the shelter immediately as exhaustion could be seen through their face. Only Pete was not sleeping.
Confessional Pete –
Nina left quietly. She brought up how she didn't think Matty deserved to stay over her at tribal council, but no one went along with and I'm sure he knew that she was leaving. She left quietly and wished us luck.

NONOUTI, DAY 19
It was a new day on the beach of Nonouti, and Gina just marked the nineteenth day on the calendar tree. Tom was coming back with the tree-mail. Everyone were listening carefully.
Tom - "Congratulations for making it to the final ten! Today, you will join me on the marked spot on this map. Bring all your stuff that you'd like to keep."
Everyone - Yesss!
Everyone claps their hands, and they started looking around for stuff to bring. Na'Onka stood up first.
Confessional Na'Onka –
Merge is happening ya'll. We got our Tree Mail for Reward and it's shady, shady shady! But you know what I am? Excited, excited, excited! I know for a fact that when we merge, everyone on Everyone is going to do their “NONOUTI TO THE END! LET’S TAKE TARAWA OUT!” And that’s okay, I’ll do the same dang thing. But will I follow through with it? Who knows..

Frosti was helping Dave to take the tarp off the shelter, while Elyse was putting all containers within one another. Frosti just tripped onto a branch but recovered. They finally took the tarp off.
Confessional Frosti –
I'm not sure how close I am to the top here...if no one on Nonouti talks to me about their end game plans, I'll think about flipping a vote or two to make sure I'm closer to the top, but I have to do it right. I don't think I'll be on the radar as a target so that puts me in a good spot when we merge...

We could see that the tribe was done as they were putting all their things into their boat, and Tom just embarked into it. From far away, we could see them rowing their boat away from the island they have always lived on.
CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see that there were no challenge settlement : there would instead be a feast, waiting on the tribes to come. Both tribes were coming from two different ways. They were carrying all their items, even Tarawa were carrying their cage of chickens. But they still had a smile in their face when seeing the other tribe coming. Tom looks disappointed when seeing the Tarawa tribe.
Confessional Tom –
Noooooooooooooooo! Not Nina! I know it's probably ridiculous that I'm saying this since I don't know her, but I think a lot of us wanted her to be our ace in the hole in case something went wrong with the no-nonsense Nonouti's. She seemed like fun and I was hoping to get to know her more, as well. Ah well, I guess that's life. Hopefully I can keep Nonouti together and remove the rest of the Tarawa's.

When everyone arrived at the feast, Elyse grabbed the note and started reading.
Elyse - "Congratulations for making it this far... but it is time for this game to change. Tribes are no more... you are officially merged as Marakei!"
Everyone gets excited and Na'Onka just threw her buff away.
Confessional Na'Onka –
Tribes were merged and I let out a scream and started jumping up and down in excitement. I’m sure everyone was looking at me wondering what the hell I was doing ‘cos I was so excited.. but ya’ll this is great!

Elyse just grabbed a pile of brown buffs and distributed them to the rest of the new tribe. Shannon just grabbed one.
Confessional Shannon –
We've merged tribes and we are now Marakei. Is it Marakei? I think that's it. All I can remember is that we're shit colored brown. Out of all the colors, brown is the one we get for the merge? Hahaha, but that's fine.. I think it works out nicely. It goes in with the possibility of everything turning to shit for Nonouti when they think they have the whole game planned out in their favor.

Everyone had now gathered around the feast to eat bread, lemonade, cake, chicken, ham, muffins, wieners, salad, and much more.
Na'Onka - Dang this food look good!
Na'Onka was already getting into the bread, stuffing herself as much as she could. Elyse just looked over the muffins.
Elyse - Nice!
Frosti - Grats on merging everyone!
Frosti could hardly be heard as he had salad in his mouth.
Tom - Congratulations everyone! Nice to finally meet you, former Tarawas.
Tom smiled at the four Tarawa who were sitting on the other side of the table, eating as well.
Shannon - Sweet deal. Good job everyone!
Na'Onka - Someone pass me them chicken legs.
Gina, who was just right by the chicken legs bowl, handed one to Na'Onka who immediately put in her mouth.
Confessional Na'Onka –
We GOT A HUGE FEAST and I sat down right away and piled all that grub into my mouth. The meat just melted on my tongue and the bread was so dang tasty. I slapped that creamy butter on the bread and just swallowed it whole. I didn’t care about no one else and I wasn’t looking at nobody else while I ate. I was focused on shoveling everything in my mouth. It was yummy for tummy! My tummy and booty were proud.. I let out a toot and a burp and that just made it known that I was more than satisfied with the meal.

Shannon - I'm looking forward to meeting you guys.
Gina - Congrats all on the merge. Can't wait to introduce myself.
Gina just shoved down lemonade. She looked over at Tom, who was still looking at Tarawa, smiling.
Tom - Looking hot, you two!
We could see that he was talking about Pete and Angelia.
Angelia - Thank you so much! And Pete, you have nice abs.
Pete smiles but doesn't respond, mouth too full.
Tom - Amen, sister.
Confessional Angelia –
Survivor is full of obstacles, and all of us on SPAM have the biggest obstacle of all: overcoming Nonouti and their huge numbers advantage. It might not be a possible situation to overcome, but like they say, you never know until you try. And believe me, we're going to try. I will find a way to stay safe. Nonouti may be happy family right now, but deep down in all their relationships, there’s gotta’ be cracks and some want to get out each other.

We could see all Nonouti members one at a time shoving down food, while she would talk about them. Angelia just winked at Shannon.
Confessional Shannon –
We took control of Tarawa and got rid of everyone against us... Nonouti is just another bunch of Cochran's, Parvati's, and Nina's. We don't want people knowing our personal ties to each other and we don't want people to know how close we are. The best way to beat your enemy is to let them think they have control. To Nonouti right now, we look like fucking mice scattered on a beach and they're eagles swooping down. We just have to sit back and relax and let everything come our way. The plan right now is for Tarawa to not be too chatty with Nonouti, and leave them in the dark.

MARAKEI, DAY 19
The merged tribe were now at their new camp, and we could recognize the location : It was the Nonouti beach.
While most people were wandering around visiting the beach or talking to each other, Dave was responsible to paint the brown tribe flag. All players had already signed their name, and after Dave finished writing "Marakei", he was drawing a gay flag on one of the corners. He was smiling while putting down these rainbow colors. Angelia just walked by him.
Angelia - Where's the water well?
Dave just pointed a direction, and looked back at his painting. Angelia was already gone, and he just finished painting his small flag.
Confessional Dave –
So far it seems like this merge is still going to be tribe versus tribe. I haven't been doing much tribe work because I feel like the other four on the other tribe should be doing it. They need to make us believe they should stay over the others. If they aren't working hard enough we will just kick them out first.¸

While we could see the four Tarawa helping each other to rise the tribe flag, all six Nonouti members were on the beach, having a group chat. Tom's body language made it clear he was leading the conversation.
Tom - Congrats on the merge!
They all high fived.
Tom - I really think we should just stick together and get rid of the last four Tarawa's, if we could do that, I think we could easily get to the final 6, which would be awesome and completely deserved for all of us.
Na'Onka was laughing with the rest of Nonouti, who were all cheering about their plan, like Elyse.
Confessional Elyse –
MERGE! This is definitely one of my first goals I had coming into this game. This is the halfway point and where the game truly begins. No more relying on my tribe now, even though the plan really is to just stick together until final 6. I don't know where I fall into place after that, but I feel more comfortable sticking with them for now instead of switching to a tribe I don't know at all.

Tom - We can all talk together later about our merge strategy!
Nonouti nodded.
Confessional Tom –
AHHHHHHHHHHH! Merge! This is scary and exciting! I want to make sure that everything is going according to plan. We had a group chat, I figured that this could go a long way in making sure we stay unified, at least until my alliance decides it's time to split, if we find that time.

Two crabs were marching in the sand, and Na'Onka was walking on the beach by herself.
Confessional Na'Onka –
Out of the alliances that I have here on Nonouti, I think that the one I would like to move forwards with is the one with Frosti. I trust Frosti the most now because I know he was on the outs more than anyone. It's now time to get to work. My first thing I got to do is get Frosti with me for good and make sure he is on board to turn this shit upside down.

She finally joined Frosti, somewhere near a small mountain of rocks. They sat down on them to talk. They looked chill and relax, Na'Onka was flipping her brown buff near her knees.
Na'Onka - I can't believe we're merging now!
Frosti - Haha, I know.
Na'Onka - When we get down to the final 6, what happens? It would be me and you and then the other four.
Frosti - Hmm... We need to get one other person.
Na'Onka - I talk to one of those four ALOT, but I'm sure he talks to everyone ALOT... So I don't know where his real loyalty is.
Frosti - I'm a lot closer to one of them than the others...
Na'Onka - If you say Tom, I'm going to flip a shit boo.
Frosti - Well, when you said "he", it had to be either him or Dave. Ya, Tom.
Frosti laughs, while Na'Onka shakes her head.
Na'Onka - Do you have any deals with him? He has a deal with ME. We made it on like Day 1 to go the distance.
Frosti - Just the two of you?
Na'Onka - Yes.
Frosti - Don't tell him I'm saying this, but he said the same thing to me.
Na'Onka laughs out loud.
Na'Onka - WOW. His OLD ASS IS PLAYING US. HE HAS TO BE PLAYING EVERYONE THEN. I know he's got to be with Gina then too.
Frosti - Do you think he has deals with everyone else?
Na'Onka - Gina wanted to make an alliance and INCLUDE TOM IN IT. BECAUSE SHE LIKES HIM A LOT TOO.
Frosti looks around, worried anyone would listen to this loud conversation, but seeing no one, he continued talking with her.
Na'Onka - Tom is playing everyone boo. I CALLED THIS SHIT TOO. It's confirmed to me now, though.
Frosti - Dave, Gina and Tom were all getting along.
Na'Onka nodded, smiling.
Confessional Na'Onka –
TOM.. has been safe no matter what. Turns out Frosti had a deal with him, I had a deal with him, and probably everyone on the DANG TRIBES DOES. Tom promised to go far with Frosti just like he promised me. F*CK YOU TOM! I ain't no fool, and this is why you will be the target and Nonouti gets SCREWED! Nobody makes a fool out of me, nobody.

Na'Onka - No wonder he's been the safest person on Nonouti. I can't fucking stand Dave. I hate his ass.
Frosti - Ya... I just realized something.
Na'Onka - What?
Frosti - Neleh was right.
Na'Onka - OH MY GOD. That little anorexic bitch was actually right.
Frosti - Ya, how did she even know.
Both laugh.
Frosti - What should we do?
Na'Onka - Since we're merging now, we have four other people who are screwed... those four people being Tarawa. If we help them out, they will bite and do it just to keep themselves in.
Frosti - You don't think anyone on Nonouti would go with us?
Na'Onka - No, not a chance. It's risky for us, but it may get us farther.
Frosti - Hmm, I guess we should try Tarawa. They have nothing to lose.
Na'Onka - They will jump in on it and want the deal.
Frosti nodded.
Confessional Na'Onka –
I will make sure to butter myself up to Tarawa, play nice, get to know 'em and then be the girl that saves their game! I'll be a dang hero. I'm not going to give too much up to them just 'cos they could throw it back in my face and turn it against me so that Nonouti votes me out and that buys them a round.

We could see a whale surfacing the sea, and it was spreading water. The SPAM alliance were now talking to each other in the forest. Shannon was leading the conversation.
Shannon - Okay guys this is it. We're in a merge and we're outnumbered. We get one person to flip to us, we have a tie at Tribal Council. Two to flip, and we're in control.
Confessional Shannon –
I felt like it was necessary to throw some words of wisdom out. I'm the man over here, everybody knows it. I got my girl, Angie, and I got the other two guys behind me. I think that I'm the leader of SPAM. I may have started looking like the weakest link of the group, but I think that quickly changed. You will all see the real side of me in the merge, how much of a powerhouse male I can be.

Shannon - Let's not give up a lot to them if they ask a lot of questions. We need to feel people out to get an idea where they are. But if someone wants to flip.. they will probably come to one or some of us after the immunity challenge.
Before Angelia, Matty or Pete could say anything, Na'Onka walked into their conversation and interrupted them.
Na'Onka - Hey Tarawa!
They replied back to her the same words.
Na'Onka - I just wanted to introduce myself and I'm happy we're all merged.
Matty - Nice to meet you, and congrats on merge!
Na'Onka - It must have been sucky as hell losing people on your tribe, but I wouldn't worry too much on your end. Just know that one or two are thinking of flipping to help the cause. Just keep it on the DL, and we'll do some talking soon!
Matty - Sounds like a plan, can't wait to meet you.
Na'Onka - Thanks boo! I'm just sick AND tired of some people thinking they're top shit over here. They need to be PUT DOWN. They all want it to be Nonouti to final 6 and I ain't cool with that.
Na'Onka leaves the place, after letting them know she would talk to them later.
Confessional Na'Onka –
I went to Tarawa already and let them know that there was a chance that some of us on Nonouti wanted to flip and shake sh*t up. I didn’t give Frosti’s name right away because I didn’t want them to sell us both out if this did backfire. Nonouti is about to be SCREWED this round because everything I want is looking like it will happen.

Pete - Na'Onka seems really encouraging.
Shannon nods.
Confessional Shannon –
Well here is the biggest crack of all.. and it comes in the form of an angry black woman: Na'Onka! Na'Onka out of nowhere pulls Tarawa to the side and she starts talking. This was the break I WAS COUNTING ON! This is the fucking moment we needed to make sure we stayed safe. I called it and I knew we'd hit some luck with this!

Pete - Hopefully she's being legit when she says they're divided and that one or two of them could flip.
Matty - Wow.
Confessional Matty –
Wowowow! I have no idea if she's being truthful or just playing games, but that would be plain stupid and unnecessary if she's lying. This merge will turn to a battle field and it's gonna be real interesting. I already see the clouds of sulphur in the air and bombs are falling everywhere. Loves it.

Pete - We should talk to her more to try to figure out what exactly she's talking about so we know our options here.
Matty - At least it gives us some hope. Let's just act like we're not that tight so she doesn't feel screwed over by sticking with us and listen to whatever she has to say. We really need to get tight with her.
Angelia, Shannon and Pete agreed.
Angelia - I feel like we don't have much of a choice at this point. We have to take what we can get. We're not really in a position to throwback information or anything like that. Na'Onka said "one or two" which means it's probably her and someone else. I think I believe her, to be honest.
Shannon - I agree with both of you. I think we need to stay cautious of Na'Onka, but as Angelia said she is our best hope right now in surviving. The test will be if she does tell us more or not.
Angelia nodded.
Confessional Angelia –
Wow. I feel like I've hit the lottery. Already a day into Marakei, and we already have everything going our way. Na'Onka approached all of us today and told us how we shouldn't feel defeated just yet. However, Na'Onka didn't give any names and left it at that. The test we planned to give her, to see if she was really into working with us, is if she'd give up names and details. If she didn't and withheld information, then we use everything against her.

Pete - I could see it going either way with Na'Onka, but we need to at least try to take advantage of the situation.
Shannon - If she just says stuff like, "You will all be safe, just trust me," and doesn't give the other person's name and just tells us who to vote, then she's lying. If she tells us the other person's name who's flipping with her, gives a backstory or something who they want to vote, and gives more detail, then I think she is being legit.
Pete - Hopefully, she gives us a lot of information that we can use to help advance. If we get a lot from her about their tribe, I'd be a lot more willing to trust her than if she stays vague.
Shannon - Should we pitch to Na'Onka and her flipping friend to all vote Dave out, and see what she says? We could get rid of Dave easily.
Pee - So I say we throw out targetting Dave to her and see what she says and what kind of information she gives, then go from there.
Confessional Pete –
Nonouti and Tarawa are no more; we're now Marakei. What's surprising is how quickly Na'Onka approached Tarawa about flipping to us to stay safe. It just felt way too good to be true. We've been under the mindset that we were going to be picked off unless we had a miracle happen, and that miracle conveniently approaches us right when we merge saying that she will flip along with someone else. Is this really happening? Or is it a scripted story that Nonouti has to throw us off our game and collect information on our tribe?

A beetle was licking a leaf, then Dave was taking a walk with Tom. They seemed to have fun, laughing and talking.
Dave - Easy to pick them off.
Tom - Very. They've done like nothing all game.
Dave - This season must suck. That stinks. Haha.
Tom - Apparently.
Dave - Yes. We are the only ones with personalities.
Tom - Pretty much!
Tom and Dave high fived.
Dave - I almost think just take out Matty. And let Pete have jury. So we get to see him.
Tom - HAHA, I kinda agree. Too bad Matty sucks.
We could see Matty walk around.
Dave - I know. I wish Matty would suck Pete.
Both of them started laughing.
CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the challenge settlement : It was in the water, and the platform would be a graded steel barrier. On shore, Jeff was waiting on the tribe to come.
Jeff Probst - Come on in guys!
All ten merged castaways were walking in one straight line in direction of the brown mat. They finally arrived, and Jeff walked towards Elyse, who had the idol.
Jeff Probst - First thing first, I'll take it back...
Elyse handed it back to Jeff, and he put it on the ground like it was no longer useful.
Jeff Probst - Tribal immunity is no more...
Jeff lifted the blanket that covered a new immunity necklace hanging on a small pole.
Jeff Probst - Individual immunity... is what you seek!
The thick and solid necklace was filled with white beads all over. Everyone gets excited when seeing it.
Jeff Probst - For today's immunity challenge, we are going to test your ability to remain calm and not panic.
We could see different castaways faces like Elyse, Angelia and Matty.
Jeff Probst - You will all take spot in the water, underneath a graded steel barrier.
We could see someone taking spot under the barrier, keeping head above water.
Jeff Probst - As the tide begins to rise, the water will rise...
We could see the tide rise on the graded barrier.
Jeff Probst - Your breathing room will slowly decrease until you run out of breathing room.
We could see someone's head have no more room to breath, and he dunks his head under water, trying to hold breath.
Jeff Probst - Last person standing... wins Immunity! And a one in NINE shot at winning this game!
Jeff touches the individual immunity necklace.
Tom - Dun dun dun!
Jeff Probst - Take your spots, we'll get started!
After time had passed, we could see the top of the water just before all castaways had taken their spots.
Jeff Probst - This challenge... has officially started!
We could feel that the challenge had begun when everyone had serious faces, with their head under the barrier.
Jeff Probst - This challenge will show who really wants it! It could go down for a long time!
Five minutes had elapsed, and we could see Matty sighing. He looked around, and when nobody would see him, he would just drop out.
Jeff Probst - Matty... first person out!
Gina drops right behind out of nowhere.
Jeff Probst - Gina next person out.
Matty and Gina both swam towards the platform where Jeff would stand on.
Jeff Probst - And with that, we are down to eight!
Everyone still had plenty of room to breath, but it could only be for so long, as the tide started to rise. Twenty minutes had been elapsed, and they now had their nose squeezed into the barrier to keep their breath. Frosti just dropped out.
Jeff Probst - Frosti is out, after only twenty minutes!
While Frosti was swimming back, Dave just dunked his head into the water, holding his breath and keeping his hands on the barrier. He turned around, to look at his neighbor, Pete. He suddenly slipped away out of the barrier. He resurfaced, spitting some water.
Dave - Ugh, I got distracted by Pete's body.
He slapped the water and started swimming back. Jeff smiles.
Jeff Probst - Dave is out, and we are down to six!
We could see all six fighting to stay - and to breath - : Angelia, Elyse, Na'Onka, Pete, Shannon and Tom were all still standing. The tide continued to rise and they really had no more room to breath. The forty-two minutes mark has been reached, and Pete just slipped out.
Jeff Probst - Pete is out of this challenge. This challenge is getting more difficult now!
We could see Shannon creating a snorkel with his hands, for the little breathing it could get him. Angelia, Elyse and Tom imitated him not too long after. Na'Onka was trying to do the same, but she would struggle to make it work, and would repeatedly dunk her head in the water as first instinct. She finally made her way up, and found a way to breath.
Jeff Probst - There is no more room to breath, but soon or later, one of you will drop!
The sun was at its peak, and forty-nine minutes had passed. Na'Onka was once again in the water, unable to breath. She finally dropped.
Jeff Probst - Na'Onka is out. And we are down to four!
While Na'Onka would swim back to the platform, we could see the last four standing : Angelia, Elyse, Shannon and Tom.
Jeff Probst - You only have three more players to outlast... and you have immunity!
Jeff touches the immunity necklace again, while observing them trying to win.
We could see the water moving. One hour had been elapsed. Tom making a snorkel with his hands, breathing and spitting water all at once. All of a sudden, he dropped out and after resurfacing, he washed his eyes with his fingers.
Tom - That's enough.
Jeff Probst - Tom is out of this challenge, which leaves Angelia...
We could see Angelia holding her body with her legs through the barriers.
Jeff Probst - Shannon...
Shannon was still in the same position.
Jeff Probst - And Elyse!
Elyse was placed like Angelia. The time continued to pass, and one hour and six minutes had been elapsed now.
Jeff Probst - We've been here for a long time, it only takes two to drop, and you win!
We could see Elyse starting to struggle for a moment, and she dropped out very quickly.
Jeff Probst - Elyse is out! We are down to two! Angelia... and Shannon! Both fighting for immunity!
We could see both of them, side by side, fighting for immunity underneath the barrier. Shannon just spat a massive amount of water, Angelia just took her legs off the barrier. One hour and eleven minutes had been elapsed.
Shannon just dunked his head into the water, pinching his nose. He was holding his breath, while Angelia seemed to be struggling a lot with her hands-snorkel. She would just spit massive amount of water, and it was enough that she would end up doing like Shannon and dunked her head in the water.
Jeff Probst - Both are struggling now!
Angelia and Shannon were both holding their breath for as long as they could...
...but Shannon dropped out first.
Jeff Probst - Angelia wins immunity!
Shannon shook his head after resurfacing just before Angelia joins him. They both swam back to Jeff, where he was waiting Angelia with the necklace. When she was on the platform, Angelia turned around to let Jeff put the necklace around her neck.
Angelia - Thank you so much, Jeff!
Jeff Probst - You are safe tomorrow night at tribal council!
He looked at the others.
Jeff Probst - One of the other nine will be voted out at tribal council. Grab stuff, and head back to camp!
Dave just put his bag on his shoulders.
Confessional Dave –
Angelia won the immunity challenge, she had a huge fight in her. I like that, because many of these people are so dull right now.

Angelia was still smiling and happy on her way out of the challenge field.
Confessional Angelia –
I managed to win Immunity and I'm just so happy! *Displays her Immunity Necklace around her neck.* It's so big on me! I'm basically a fish! I love the water. So being submerged under water and losing space to breathe wasn't as much of an issue for me. I could handle it. But with this, it means that I'm definitely guaranteed Jury if I don't happen to make the Final 2.

MARAKEI, DAY 20
Wind was hitting on the brown flag painted by the Marakei tribe, as the tribe was coming back, with Angelia leading the group with immunity around her neck. Others started splitting around.
Tom - Grats Angelia!
Matty - Good job Angelia!
Others seemed to be congratulation her as well, but it was not a few seconds later that original Nonouti were already regrouped for a secret meeting. Tom was leading the conversation again.
Confessional Tom –
I don't want to be branded as an immunity threat. Haha, yeah right... But I know I may be a target so I just want to make that target smaller. And with Shannon coming so close, yet so far, I definitely want him gone. It just makes him the best feasible option right now.

Tom - Who do you guys think we should vote out first for tribal council? Shannon did the second best on the Immunity Challenge, what do you all say?
Na'Onka - Sounds good.
Elyse - Sure!
Gina looks in the air.
Confessional Gina –
My tribe apparently has developed collective Alzheimer, because they've decided to ignored 18 days and 12 challenges of Pete's amazing challenge performances, and base their vote solely on who did good at the latest challenge, which would be Shannon. Stupid. My tribe is dumb. I went along with it anyway, just because I want Tom to be the leader and it doesn't really matter who goes in what order I suppose.

Tom - So Shannon it is!
Confessional Tom –
Shannon is guaranteed to go home. Gina, Na'Onka, Elyse and Frosti have all agreed. I'm totally running this thing. And with that abrasive attitude, I just know I'm going to get far.

The meeting was over, and the six of them started splitting. When they were back at camp, Tom reached Gina to talk.
Tom - Hey.
Gina - Hi.
Tom - What are your thoughts?
Gina - Oh cool, yeah that works.
Tom - So I guess that settles it then.
Gina - Sounds good to me.
Gina smiles back at him, and turn around, continuing the boil water, trying to end the conversation.
Tom - I'm glad this is turning out so well!
Gina - Yeah!
Tom - Haha, it should be an easy run!
Gina looks annoyed but Tom can't see it.
Confessional Gina –
Oh my god, Tom needs to find a new hobby STAT. Tom, for the THIRD TIME TODAY, goes "hi Gina". It's like, um, what did we not cover during our first two conversations today that you feel you need to start a third one TODAY?!? What could possibly be new and exciting enough that you feel you need to talk to me again? See this circle, sweetheart? It's called my personal space! Back off!

Tom was now talking to Dave, while taking a walk with him in the forest.
Tom - Fucking ELYSE beat me.
Dave - Oh my god, Elyse is going to be an issue.
Tom - Haha, I know...
Dave - Once we vote out Shannon, we should get Elyse out.
Tom - I feel like once we feel secure, she can go. She worries me the most right now, because what if she jumps this round?
We could see Elyse innocently walking around with a bucket of water, while Na'Onka would be brushing her teeth with a branch.
Tom - I think we could fool her for a little while, same with Frosti.
Dave - Yeah, I think we can too.
Confessional Dave –
It seems our entire tribe is planning on voting for Shannon and we are going to kind of stick together for now. I talked with Tom and we plan to break that up soon after though... we plan to make it Na'Onka/Gina with us in the final four. I think it is a good plan in theory.

MARAKEI, DAY 21
It was now raining on camp, but it was still calm. Na'Onka was talking with Matty behind a few trees, she had her hood on her head, to resist rain.
Na'Onka - Frosti and I want to flip to you guys and we don't care who you want to target, just as long as they all f*cking go.
Matty - Awesome, let's get whoever you want first, tell me how you wanna vote out and I'll vote with you.
Na'Onka - Tom is the biggest threat to win the game and he would NOT see it coming. I would like to vote out Tom, but ya'll are four votes so Frosti and I will tag along with ya'll.
Matty nodded.
Na'Onka - HE'S GOT A DEAL with EVERYONE over here because he's been the most safe. He made a deal with me and he made one with Frosti and we didn't even know he had a deal with the other person, so he's playing everyone. If he goes, Nonouti will fall apart.
Matty - Alright, I'm down voting for him, and I think the other three would too. We got this, girl!
Na'Onka nodded.
Matty - By the way, I want us three to work together cause I was kinda left out and they kept me just for challenges, yeah abuse me babe. So I want the underdogs to rise.
Confessional Matty –
To keep them on our side, I suggested that 2 of us make a final 4 deal with them. Like I'm afraid they just catch the biggest fish to fill up their stomach, then go for the little tiny fish "us" and not be greedy for a while until they're so hungry for bigger fish again! If we pull this off, it will be such a fun and big blindside to watch. Tom will be bamboooozled, HELL bamboozled.

Na'Onka - Oh my god boo, yes. Nonouti did the same thing to Frosti and I. Bitches. It's only the beginning that we take this shit by storm.
Confessional Na'Onka –
This must be what it feels like to be on TOP of the WORLD because right now, I feel like I am in the driver's seat of this game and I am calling the shots this round. Tom's demise will be credited all to me because him going will be my doing! In my head I was just laughing at the aftermath that would eventually happen at Tribal Council when Nonouti’s proclaimed “king” Tom would be voted out of the game for good. Does this make me a villain? I think this move will make me one of the bigger villains of the series ya’ll..

A wave just hit the muddy shore of Marakei, as Tarawa had regrouped, with Matty who seemed to have just told Tarawa about the last news on Na'Onka.
Shannon - It is really promising guys! So it sounds like it's her and Frosti flipping to us. Who do we want to target this week from Nonouti?
Matty - Well, I asked her who does she want to vote out first so she doesn't feel like we're "using" her or bossing her around and told her we'll just vote for whoever she wants, and this is what I got : Voting Tom out will make Nonouti fall apart.
Shannon - If Tom going does kill Nonouti's spirit, I say we do it and vote him out of the game.
Angelia - Tom going will be a great move for us. We have this!
Confessional Angelia –
Na'Onka finally fessed up names to Matty, which means she is with us. She's crazy! *Eyes widen in shock.* Her doing that just goes to show how much of a wildcard she could be later in the game. While I'm thankful for her making this move, I'm definitely going to keep my eye on her.

Matty - Yes, he could be the first boot. I also say that 2 of us make final 4 deal with them so they don't feel screwed siding with us and sell us out next round after getting out Tom or something. Just an act to make them feel safe with us!
Shannon - You should try and ease her into feeling safe with a deal like that so she is very comfortable with you.
Matty - Alright, sounds like a plan. I can do that. I hope this works you guys! We can spam this whole game out, hopefully.
Angelia: I love this! We're so set! I'm going to talk to Frosti, and just introduce myself and whatnot, so he feels included by us too. I haven't heard much from him, but it's good to get him solid with it too!
Shannon just smiled.
Confessional Shannon –
The plan now is for all of us to vote out Tom at Tribal Council. Na'Onka has given the inside information we needed to know that he is the strongest one from the yellow tribe like we thought, but that he's also the glue that's holding them all together. I’m amazed at Na’Onka’s want to do this. She’s a ballsy chick and I have to give her props for wanting to ruin all their aspirations in going far in the game.

We could see Na'Onka collecting snails in a bucket while he would talk about her.
Confessional Na'Onka –
Now that things are happening the way I want them to, it is still important to keep up appearances with Nonouti and have them continue to be comfortable thinking that I am still with them and this stupid as hell Nonouti 6 plan.

Na'Onka handed the bucket to Dave, and they would walk back to camp together.
Dave - These people are so silent.
We could see some of the Tarawa sitting around the beach as he would talk about them. Na'Onka laughs.
Na'Onka - It's been real quiet though.
Dave - Well, I was talking to Tom, and it seems set for us to be in the final four. Frosti, Elyse are voting with us for now.
Na'Onka - Oh Good.
Dave - 6-4 for a bit, and then we can 4-3 them or whatever.
Na'Onka - Sounds good to me. We deserve it more than them anyways.
A moment of silence.
Na'Onka - But I think it's as quiet as it is, because Tarawa knows they gonna' be picked off.
Dave - That could be, they are trying to seem like the least threatening.
Na'Onka nods.
Confessional Na'Onka –
We started talking and he right off the bat says how no one is talking around camp. This makes me feel good because it lets me know that Tarawa hasn’t let anything slip to anyone. I just told him that it’s because Tarawa knows they are going to get picked off one by one. I was trying not to smirk while I said this because it was such a LIE but it was so good to see Dave look so comfortable when in my head, he’s next to go home. Poor Dave, such an outcast now. I GUESS YA'LL WILL LEARN THE HARD WAY! *Hairflips*

Na'Onka - Are you good with voting Shannon tonight?
Dave - Yes!! He defo is good at the challenge and should go.
Na'Onka - I was surprised he did good. I think Pete threw this challenge. He's been good at all the others and then just sucked here.
Dave - Yea, same with Matty. I think they both just didn't want to seem like a threat.
Na'Onka nodded.
Na'Onka - I need to go to the water well.
Dave - Alright!
Both of them split apart, and Na'Onka joined Frosti at the water well.
Confessional Na'Onka –
I caught back up with Frosti and let him know the deal was ON and that everything was going the way it needed to go. Tom played his cards way too early and Frosti and I got to talking and found out that he was aligned with each of us separately.. so who's to say his old ass isn't aligned with everyone like that? He might have got me the first few rounds but this is where I OWN HIS ASS. CHECKMATE, B*TCH!

Na'Onka - EVERYTHING IS SET. TOM'S ASS IS GONE. All of them are on board for taking him out.
Frosti - You talked to all of them?
Na'Onka - They wanted us to choose the target. Matty wanted to know who we'd want to take out, and I told him that Tom was the one in control and that he need to GO!
Frosti - Ok, that's good. I don't think Nonouti suspects anything, because they are still talking about tonight's vote.
Na'Onka - Nonouti is so unaware. Who do you think he will blame first?
Frosti - Maybe Elyse?
Na'Onka - I think he might guess right on me, I haven't spoken to him as much the past few days since we merged. He might be quick to say me because of it.
Frosti nodded.
Confessional Frosti –
The problem with Nay is when she comes up with an idea her mind is set. What she wanted was revenge against Tom so she is flipping to Tarawa take him out. Sticking with Nonouti isnt an option for her. I'm mixed because we're throwing away all of the ties we made and giving 4 people we hardly know a chance.

The sun was almost down. The orange sky was reflecting on the sea, and Pete was on the beach with Angelia.
Pete - If this does work, imagine the reaction.
Angelia - I know, it'll be a classic.
A moment of silence and dreaming.
Angelia - We'd make a cute showmance too.
Pete - We would!
Angelia - This season, it's so us. Although, Shannon would probably throw a little fit. He'd be jealous that we were showmancing. And that he and I weren't.
Pete - Oh. Do you think he likes you? Like that?
Angelia - Um. Yes. He's made passes already. It's kind of funny.
Pete - Woooowww.
Angelia laughs outloud, staring at Pete in the eyes.
Angelia - Our secret.
Pete - I had no idea! I won't tell anyone. I'll just think a little differently about him from now on when I see him around camp.
Pete grins and both of them look at the sunset silently, close to each other, while Nonouti were at camp, gathering their belongings.
Confessional Angelia –
Little do they know, two of their own are flipping to screw them over and sabotage their chances at winning the game. *Laughs.* Na'Onka is so evil. I feel like just being apart of this makes all of SPAM evil too, but in reality, we're doing whatever we can to stay in this game a little longer until we have full control.

After Angelia grabs her individual immunity necklace, all castaways were now picking up their torches and walking in one straight line in direction of tribal council. Shannon was somewhere in that line.
Confessional Shannon –
Just watching Nonouti walk around thinking they have it under control and they don’t need to worry about anything really puts a grin on my face. They have no idea what’s happening, do they? What a bunch of idiots. When Tribal Council comes around, it will be great to see them acting like a bunch of douchebags thinking they have it all figured out.

TRIBAL COUNCIL
The sun finally went down, leaving place for a dark sky and stars. The Marakei tribe was walking directly inside the tribal council, cracking the floor of the pond leading to the center, where Jeff was waiting for them. Na'Onka just put her torch on the hold, followed by Shannon, and Dave. Na'Onka finally sat down.
Jeff Probst - Na'Onka, now that you guys have merged, how does that change the game?
Na'Onka - We ain't tribes anymore. It means that it's individual games now. You play for your own safety rather than for your tribe's safety.
Shannon nods.
Jeff Probst - Shannon, you like these new buffs? Happy or not about the merge?
Dave taps his foot, looking annoyed, as Shannon is about to reply.
Shannon - Haha. Bad choice of color. But as for the merge, it's no secret we're outnumbered by Nonouti coming into it.
Dave rolls his eyes.
Dave - I would just like to say, now we are in an open setting. I hate the way I have been treated at camp thus far since merge. The people who have treated me badly, know what I'm talking about.
Dave crosses arms, and everyone turned at him, followed by a silence.
Tom - Akward silence.
Dave - Don't fucking awkward silence me, you piece of shit. You are apart of this.
Tom - Bitch, please.
Dave - Don't Tom, just don't try to joke right now. I'm serious, and I am pissed.
Jeff looks confused.
Jeff Probst - Okay!
Matty looked confused too.
Jeff Probst - Matty, you don't have the numbers, what's the feeling?
Matty - It feels bad and definitely nervous to know that one of us is prolly leaving tonight.
Jeff Probst - What is your opinion on these new guys?
Matty - They're nice. Didn't get to know them so well but talked to some a little bit.
Dave looked over.
Jeff Probst - Dave, will Nonouti vote together or not on this vote
Dave - I don't even give a fuck about this vote. I'm still haunted by the rudeness of the men on this new merged tribe. They are fucking jerks. I'm over them all. They have no respect for gays.
Shannon - How fake is this.
Jeff Probst - Whether you care or not about this vote, is Nonouti going to stick together or not?
Dave - I don't care. Or know. Frosti, Pete, and Matty are all fucked up individuals. So I doubt we are voting together.
Matty - Thanks, I'm flattered.
Dave - Mhm.
Gina looked back at Jeff.
Jeff Probst - Gina, what's your opnion on Tarawa?
Gina - Um, to be honest, I don't have an opinion on Tarawa! I haven't talked to them until the last few hours. I thought they might come up and say hi and talk to me today, but only Matty did, and we didn't talk for very long at all... So I hope everything is okay. Don't be intimidated to talk to little ole Gina y'all! I don't bite, I promise!
Dave - Little old, being the key.
Tom looked back at Jeff.
Jeff Probst - Tom, do you feel comfortable with your original tribe now that this is an individual game?
Na'Onka was listening.
Tom - Well, I'd like to say that I trust them, but this is Survivor. You can't trust anyone explicitly unless you have the necklace that Angelia won yesterday.
We could see Angelia wearing the immunity necklace, that Elyse was just looking at.
Jeff Probst - Elyse, has there been any talk about who is number six? Who is number five? And so on?
Elyse - Not really... I mean, I haven't even planned out the next round, I have no idea what will happen that far down the road, if I'm even there.
Frosti was listening.
Jeff Probst - Frosti, do you think there might be any cracks among your original tribe that Tarawa might or might not discover?
Frosti - Haha, if you are reading what Dave says it looks like there could be. It's the merge, anything can happen now.
Gina nodded.
Jeff Probst - Gina, do you believe anyone might feel at the bottom of Nonouti?
Gina - Well, I think there might be a tiny bit of worry with all of us sometimes.. but we just had an amazing experience together on Nonouti in our tribe, with no trouble between us at all. Everyone is just great and hard working, and I think all of us are really strong individually and together!
Pete was listening.
Jeff Probst - Pete, what about your original tribe? Is it tight or is it all for themselves now?
Pete - At this point, everyone just wants to survive tribal council. It would be nice if there were cracks in Nonouti that would help us all advance, but if someone finds an individual opportunity to stay in the game longer, they'd take it.
Jeff Probst - Have you done anything to try and turn things around or is it mission impossible?
Pete - I've just done a little socializing, but nothing beyond that. I think if the six of them are voting together, there's really nothing we can do but try to get them to like us so we're not the first vote.
Shannon looked back at Jeff.
Jeff Probst - Shannon, do you think tribal lines will come in play tonight?
Shannon - I do Jeff. It's the first round of the merge and everyone will want to stick with what's comfortable, and that's the people they've been with all game: their original tribe.
Jeff Probst - Angelia, you won the first individual immunity challenge, so you are the only person that doesn't have to worry tonight, did you feel like you needed it?
Angelia - I do feel like I could have needed it, Jeff! I mean, there's only four original Tarawa against six original Nonouti. It would be easy for them to just pick and choose who they wanted to go, so I feel like winning this just made sure I stayed safe this round. You should never feel safe unless you have immunity.
Matty listened, and looked away.
Jeff Probst - Alright, so we'll find out if tribal lines come in play... Angelia, you have individual immunity, as always, you can give it up to somebody else if you choose to... otherwise you are safe.
Angelia - Um.. I'm keeping it.
Jeff Probst - Alright, cannot vote for Angelia, everybody else is fair game! It is... time to vote! Angelia, you're up!
Angelia stood up and walked to the voting podium. She took the cap off the pencil and started writing, before being cut off to see Gina finishing to vote and bend the paper. Dave just walked to the voting podium, and Tom just wrote down "Shannon". He showed it to the camera and whispered his comments.
Tom - He seems like a great guy. That's life, I guess.
Tom bends the paper, and put it into the urn, before Pete goes to vote. We can see him write down "Tom". Then, it is Matty who shows "Tom" to the camera.
Matty - Blindsided! Ouch.
Na'Onka, Shannon and Frosti voted back to back, and finally Elyse just showed "Shannon".
Elyse - I just want us Nonouti to stick together.
She put the vote in the urn, and return back to her seat, letting Jeff walk away.
Jeff Probst - I'll tally the votes...
Before Jeff comes back with the votes, we could see both Shannon and Tom, back to back, both feeling confident to stay.
Jeff Probst - Once the votes are read, person voted out will be asked to leave tribal council immediately... I'll read the votes...
We could see Shannon focusing on the urn.
Jeff Probst - First vote...
Tom
1 Tom.
Tom shifted uncomfortably.
Tom
2 Tom.
Dave nods head.
Tom
3 Tom.
Tom stayed focused on the urn.
Tom
4 Tom.
Gina crosses and uncrosses her legs.
Shannon
4 Tom, 1 Shannon
Shannon looked at his tribe mates then looked back at Jeff.
Shannon
4 Tom, 2 Shannon.
Shannon crossed his arms.
Shannon
4 Tom, 3 Shannon.
Shannon whispers.
Shannon - Figures.
Shannon
4 Tom, 4 Shannon.
We could see both Tom and Shannon repositioning themselves on their seat.
Jeff Probst - We are tied. Four votes Tom, and four votes Shannon.
Angelia just put her hands in her face.
Angelia - Oh god.
Tom
5 Tom, 4 Shannon.
Some Nonouti started getting suspicious, as Tarawa started smiling.
Jeff Probst - And the seventh person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati...
Tom
Tom opened his eyes widely.
Tom - Wow.
Tom stood up in shock, gathering his torch, while Angelia was smiling happily and Shannon/Matty were laughing on his way out. Elyse, Gina and Dave were out of words. Tom just put his torch in front of Jeff.
Jeff Probst - Tom, tribe has spoken!
Jeff snuffed his torch, and Tom left tribal council. He looked at them one more before leaving.
Tom - Bye guys.
With a smile, and he left tribal council. Jeff looked at the group.
Jeff Probst - This vote just proved that this game has nothing to do with tribal lines. You still have 18 days to figure out a way to win. Grab torches, head back to camp!
Most players stood up, except for Elyse, who was sitting on the bench, looking shocked.
Elyse - Wow... well played I guess.
Nobody listened, and she finally stood up to grab her torch with the rest of the tribe, and they all left together.
FINAL WORDS
Final Words Tom –
First off, I feel like the biggest dumbass. Like, I was soooo cocky and I even mentioned how cocky I was and then boom… Blindsided. I guess I should be honored that they thought I was that much of a threat. But still, it hurts. I really wanted to go far in this game, and I’m kind of upset about it. I’m going to miss playing with these guys. Gina was a sweetheart. Dave, although obnoxious, was a good guy. Na’Onka, I really liked her and if it was her that’d be heartbreakening. Frosti was a nice guy. I guess I was right not to trust him, I just don’t see how he found out though. If it was him, I mean. Ugh, I’m almost in tears right now. But, I had a great time.
