"A Ticket To His Funeral"
Angelia, Frosti, Pete, Shannon.
Before the season finale begins, we could see flashbacks of the game such as the thunderstorms, the tribal council area, and the Marakei tribe flag, with a missing corner on it. We could then see the beautiful atolls of Kiribati, before a voice starts narrating. We could see sixteen people walking along the beach, followed by a helicopter above them.
Voiceover – Thirty-six days ago… Sixteen americans set foot in Kiribati.
Jeff Probst – Welcome to Survivor: Kiribati!
Everyone was smiling.
Voiceover – They were divided into two tribes : Tarawa…
We could see purple Tarawa tribe.
Voiceover – And Nonouti!
We could see the yellow Nonouti tribe.
Voiceover – On Tarawa tribe, an alliance of four took control of the game.
Shannon – The SPAM alliance, our first initials.
Let’s go with SPAM! Spamming our way to the end!
Pete – I like SPAM too!
We could see all of them putting their hands in the middle for solidarity.
Voiceover – And after Lindsey was evacuated from the game…
Doctor – She is having severe epilepsy right now!
Nobody seems to take this situation seriously, and the doctor finally looked at Jeff.
Doctor – I think we will have to pull her out of the game. She could really harm her brain permanently if it continues like this.
The tribe was waving goodbyes to her as they were pulling her out in a special boat.
Voiceover - Everytime the tribe lost another challenge, the outsiders, who were outnumbered… stood no chance of survival!
Jeff Probst – Cochran, tribe has spoken!
We could see Cochran’s torch get snuffed, followed by Parvati’s.
Jeff Probst – Parvati… tribe has spoken!
Her torch get swooshed.
Jeff Probst – Nina… tribe has spoken!
Nina’s torch also gets swooshed, before we could see the last four remaining Tarawa.
Voiceover – And before they merge, they were down to only four members!
Voiceover – On the other hand, Nonouti were more dominant in challenges.
Jeff Probst – Nonouti wins Immunity! Nonouti… Nonouti… Nonouti wins immunity!
We could see each of their victory one at a time.
Voiceover – And with Tom having an alliance with everyone…
Gina - I was wondering if you wanted to work together in this game as partners?
Tom – Of course!
Tom was walking with Na’Onka.
Confessional Na’Onka - The plan for Tom and I is now to work together and have eachother backs over everyone else on the tribe.
Confessional Dave - I feel like he is someone I can trust in this game.
Tom – I know it’s early, but you wouldn’t mind aligning between the two of us?
Frosti – Ya! That’s my first alliance and I’d love it!
Confessional Frosti - Tom and I are watching each other's backs.
Confessional Tom - I'm the Puppet Master of the tribe right now.
Voiceover - … He made all the calls on his tribe, and only two of them didn’t make it to the merge!
Jeff Probst – Neleh, tribe has spoken!
Neleh’s torch gets snuffed.
Jeff Probst – Shawn, tribe has spoken!
His torch gets snuffed as well.
Voiceover – They entered the merge with a numbers of six to four, and they were confident in their numbers!
All original Nonouti were together, and they all high fived.
Tom - I really think we should just stick together!
Voiceover – But their power position could only last so long… when Na’Onka and Frosti shared notes about their alliances!
Na'Onka - Do you have any deals with him? He has a deal with ME. We made it on like Day 1 to go the distance.
Frosti - Just the two of you?
Na'Onka - Yes.
Frosti - Don't tell him I'm saying this, but he said the same thing to me.
Na'Onka laughs out loud.
Na'Onka - WOW. His OLD ASS IS PLAYING US.
Voiceover – With Frosti and Na’Onka distrusting Tom, they joined forces with Tarawa, and forced a blindside!
Jeff Probst - And the seventh person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati...
Jeff Probst - Tom.
Tom opens his eyes widely.
Tom - Wow.
Tom stood up in shock, gathering his torch, while Angelia was smiling happily and Shannon/Matty were laughing on his way out. Elyse, Gina and Dave were out of words. Tom just put his torch in front of Jeff.
Jeff Probst - Tom, tribe has spoken!
Jeff snuffed his torch, and Tom left tribal council. He looked at them one more before leaving.
Tom - Bye guys.
Voiceover – Back at camp, all hell broke loose between Na’Onka and former Nonouti…
Gina pointed fingers first at Na’Onka in front of everyone.
Gina - Nay congrats, you just handed over all of our hard work together pre-merge just to shoot yourself in the foot! Whoop-de-doo!
Na’Onka – That’s what you get, bitches!
Gina - Nay is stupid and dumb.
Voiceover – And a line was drawn between Gina, Dave, Elyse, and the rest of the tribe. Two of them were voted out back to back.
Jeff Probst – And the eighth person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati and first member of the jury…
Jeff Probst – Gina.
Jeff Probst – And the ninth person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati and 2nd member of the jury…
Jeff Probst – Dave.
We could see both Gina’s and Dave’s torch get snuffed.
Voiceover – With them eliminated, Tarawa were now sitting pretty, and had complete control of the game!
Confessional Angelia - I think we need to finish this thing off on a high note all the way to the Final 4.
We could see the four original Tarawa together at camp as she would talk about final 4.
Voiceover – But Shannon had a different agenda…
Shannon – There’s another reason I think Matty should go. And you’ll be pissed…
Na’Onka listens careful.
Na’Onka - ..What?
Shannon – I know about his deal with you and Frosti.
Confessional Shannon - I sold Matty out and told her how the plan was fake.
Voiceover – And Matty was completely blindsided!
Jeff Probst – And the tenth person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati and 3rd member of the jury…
Elyse closes her eyes.
Jeff Probst – Matty.
Angelia opens her eyes widely when the sound of a sword get drawn could be heard. Elyse just opened her mouth in shock and relief.
Angelia – What the hell.
Pete – Wow.
Matty just stood up, walking in front of Angelia and Pete in shock, putting his torch in front of Jeff. His torch gets snuffed.
Voiceover – This made Angelia and Pete angry, as this evened the playing field for Nonouti, who were back together, and the original Tarawa members.
Angelia – Seriously, Shannon?
Shannon shrugged at her.
Angelia – How could you? Seriously, Shannon? I mean, really? We had this wrapped up until the final four, and you completely RUINED it.
Shannon – From your point of view.
Angelia – WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN? It’s not POINT OF VIEW. You completely messed EVERYTHING up. You fucked over me, Pete and YOURSELF.
Voiceover – After Shannon’s arch ennemy, Pete, wins immunity…
He pulled the stick, and his flag raised.
Jeff Probst – Pete wins immunity!
Voiceover – This only left Angelia as an option, and because of his growing obssession on her, he flipped back to her immediately, forcing a tie.
Angelia – You want to vote me out now? I’m your only option, right?
Shannon – I would never vote you.
Jeff was about to reveal the last vote as we could see both Angelia and Elyse focusing on Jeff.
Jeff Probst – Elyse. We are tied!
Voiceover – Frosti and Na’Onka didn’t take a chance, and they backed down, leaving Elyse with no protection.
We could see Elyse’s torch get snuffed.
Voiceover – With her back against the wall, Na’Onka’s only chance was to win immunity…
Na’Onka untied the bag first and she spilled all the puzzle pieces on the table for better view.
Na’Onka – F*CK YA’LL.
Angelia was still trying to untie the bag.
Angelia – Calm down.
Na’Onka places another piece of the puzzle.
Voiceover – But she only came close… when Pete won his second immunity in a row!
Jeff Probst – Pete wins immunity!
Angelia – YAY!
Angelia runs to Pete and they hug each other.
Voiceover – Knowing she was going home, she threw the biggest temper tentrum of the season!
Na’Onka takes some of the painted balls and starts tossing them around Pete and Angelia, but she would keep missing them because she’s too mad.
Na’Onka – VOTE ME OUT.
Na’Onka – FUCK YA’LL.
Angelia – Oh my god, MELTDOWN.
Confessional Na’Onka – *imitates Jeff Probst* Na’Onka… you look a little complicated? Me!?
She reached the campfire, and poured all the water on fire.
Voiceover – At tribal council, her and Frosti tried to convince people that Angelia and Pete had this game in the bag…
Na’Onka – MISS UNDRESS ME EVERYWHERE. She’s got the boys eating out the palm of herhand.
(We could see that she talks about Angelia)
Frosti - Taking out Angie would be best. She is with Pete and a pair in the final four is scary.
Voiceover – But no one bought that, and she was voted out!
Jeff Probst – And the eleventh person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati and 5th member of the jury…
Jeff Probst – Na’Onka.
Voiceover – NOW… four people remain… and one of them will earn a million dollars? Will it be…
Voiceover - ANGELIA, the SEDUCER?
Angelia has both Shannon and Pete wrapped up around her fingers, and she has been repeatedly labelled as the biggest threat to win the game, but are they right?
Angelia kisses Pete’s cheek first. He does the same back to her.
Confessional Angelia - I think there might be a little bit of a showmance starting out here.
Shannon leaned in and kissed Angelia on the lips.
Angelia – Mm. That was nice.
Confessional Angelia - The boys on my tribe have fallen under my spell.
Voiceover - PETE, the DEVOTED BOYFRIEND?
He is Angelia’s closest ally, and he will stop at nothing to make sure they’re both safe. He has also recently started a winning streak in challenges, but is that enough?
Angelia - I wouldn’t wanna do it with anyone else.
Pete – We’ve been on two great rewards now.
They were both eating a meal from the reward.
Confessional Pete - If I lost Angelia, I'd be forced to win immunity each round to advance without a lot of options.
Voiceover - SHANNON, the POSSESSIVE JERK?
Shannon has desired Angelia since the beginning, and he has grown major jealousy with Pete.
Shannon – Yeah, but you also need to be realistic dude. Some people are closer with others in the group. I’m just trying to see where I stand. And according to you, you’re picture perfect with Angie right now.
Shannon raised his eye brows, staring at Pete.
Confessional Shannon - I wanted to straight up say to him to back the hell away from Angelia because she was my ideal partner at the end of the game and I wanted to develop it into a deeper relationship.
Voiceover – However, his chances of winning are standing on thin ice, as every single jurors, have cursed him on their way out because of his behaviour!
Dave – Why are you being homophobic?
Shannon – I’m being homophobic? I had no idea.
Final Words Dave - I never want to see Shannon again in my life, he is a horrible being. I hate Shannon. I fucking hate him....
Voiceover - or FROSTI, the STEALTH?
Frosti has played his game under the radar from the get go, but that didn’t stop him from making moves. He is one of the flippers, who helped sending Tom, the biggest threat, out of the game. What else does he has up his sleeves?
Frosti (to Na’Onka) - I don't think Nonouti suspects anything, because they are still talking about tonight's vote.
Confessional Frosti - I thought i might keep it a secret I was the one who flopped.
Voiceover – TONIGHT, two more will be eliminated… TWO will face the jury… and ONE will outlast all the rest… and become the SOLE… SURVIVOR!
MARAKEI, NIGHT 34
It was calm and quiet back at camp. They were down to four : Angelia, Frosti, Pete and Shannon. Angelia just put her torch on a tree.
Confessional Angelia –
While everyone knew that Na’Onka was the one leaving the game, she still put up one hell of a fight to make me the target for next round. She had kept saying how I have the guys eating out the palms of my hands. It was a little scary to hear someone say it out loud in front of everyone else. I have both guys wrapped around my finger, and that’s what I need to keep up. If I end up in the Final Three with both boys, I know for a fact that they’ll both take me to the end over the other.

Frosti just took his cap off his head and put it besides himself in the shelter.
Confessional Frosti –
I have been a follower this game but that's a legitimate strategy in Survivor. Nay was the only person in this game who truly had my back, and I showed loyalty to her in return. I don't think my game has been bad but i hope the jury can see that. I am completely alone now and am starting to feel depressed. What am I supposed to do now? Nay told me before she left that Shannon would be voted out next and then I'd have to win immunity.

He was left alone in the shelter, while Angelia and Pete were already hanging together somewhere else.
Angelia – I’m not the only one that saw it, right? The Jury’s reaction…
Pete – No, Matty’s especially stood out for me.
Angelia – It didn’t make any sense to me. He’s not mad at us, is he? We were on his side completely. I don’t get why he was rolling his eyes, and facepalming, and everything.
Confessional Angelia –
It seemed that the Jurors liked Na’Onka. I was a little surprised by this. Elyse’s facial reactions at Tribal Council told me she stood by Na’Onka, which makes sense, but Matty was also someone who seemed to be rooting for Na’Onka by his actions. I’m a little surprised that Matty would like Na’Onka .. especially since she was one of the main conspirators who wanted him out. I could be reading it all wrong, but the second that Na’Onka got voted out, it seemed to be sad faces all around. Ugh, really? I’m just confused.

Pete – You’d think he’d be cheering for us and supporting his original alliance over people who betrayed him. Honestly, it’s probably nothing to worry about though.
Angelia – It seemed like they all loved Na’Onka. Which makes taking her out tonight more comforting. Do you really think she would have won if she was in the end against any of us?
Pete – I’ld like to think she wouldn’t have had a chance, but you remember what Gina said, right?
Angelia – Yeah.
A moment of silence.
Confessional Pete –
I was surprised that the jurors didn't seem to receive Angie and I well last tribal council. There were laughs and eye rolls at our comments. The biggest shock was that they were cheering for Na'Onka. When I talked to Angelia about it, I tried to downplay it. It just reinforces that the two of us need to go to the finales together because the underdogs like Frosti and Na'Onka might have the support to win the game. As far as Shannon, regardless of whether or not he's an easy person to beat, I just cannot possibly let him make the finals based on his behavior this whole game and want him gone as soon as I have the votes to do it.

Angelia – I can’t believe we’re final 4 though. It feels like just yesterday we were on Tarawa.
Pete – It’s a big accomplishment with everything we’ve gone through.
Angelia – I really hope it’s me and you in the end. I think we deserve this. We’ve done so much in this game. Frosti and Shannon have hardly done anything.
Pete – I agree completely.
Angelia – Do you think Frosti would win if he was in the end? I kind of feel like taking him out might be a good idea.
Pete – You think we should take him out over Shannon?
Angelia – We can talk about it after immunity.
Pete – All right, we’ll talk about it more then. I’m up for either pretty much.
Angelia – Regardless, it’ll be me and you in the end. These two just need to go first.
Pete – Like it should be, yesss.
MARAKEI, DAY 35
A bat was sleeping on the brench of a tree, when Pete and Shannon just walked underneath.
Shannon – Now, we just need to get rid of the token asian.
Pete – Yeah, I agree that Frosti needs to go next.
Shannon – It should be easy. The kid sucks at challenges.
Pete – It would be a good accomplishment to get our original tribe to the end.
Shannon – And it’ll piss off Nonouti, which is hilarious.
Pete – Yeah, it will be great.
Shannon – If he wins immunity, I’ll crack the fuck up. It would happen though. The irony of all of it.
Pete – Ugh, don’t say that. I think we can stop him. Hasn’t he been like last in every challenge since we merged?
Shannon – Watch it be a huge sudoku puzzle, and he cannels his inner Yu-Gi-Mon and wins it.
Pete laughs very loudly, nearly waking up the bat.
Confessional Pete –
I talked to Shannon in the afternoon before immunity, and it felt completely awkward. Since when would he care about getting our original tribe to the final three? I agreed with him that we should take out Frosti and laughed at his jokes, but I still don't like or trust him at all.
Shannon laughs as well.

Shannon laughs as well.
Confessional Shannon –
The fact that this douche is still around pisses me off. I hate Pete and have for awhile now. I wish it we could just vote him out and be done with it. If that was the case he would have left rounds ago. But I will admit that the only reason he is here is because of Angie. I haven’t spoken much to Pete since the whole thing happened when I took out Matty and Angelia and him confronted me. It’s been cold between us, but since we just re-aligned and took out Na’Onka at Tribal Council last night, things were warming up. Well.. as much as they could be.

While Shannon and Pete were in the forest, Angelia was with Frosti at camp.
Angelia – I’m sorry about Na’Onka going.
Frosti – Ya. Just feeling like I’m in trouble this round.
Angelia – You’ve made it so far, Frosti. And as we’ve seen, ANYTHING can happen. I’ve been at the bad ends of it. Everyone has. This game changes so much.
Frosti – It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster for all of us, right?
Angelia – I knowww. It’s been a pretty crazy game. I can’t believe it’s almost over though.
Frosti – Ya, I’m not going to get that down about it. I’ve made it this far and am the last person from Nonouti.
Angelia – Exactly! Making it a positive thing. And who knows, you could win this immunity.
Frosti – That helps a lot. I’ll try my best haha.
Angelia – It could be anyone’s game.
Frosti – Any of us 4 could win this.
Angelia – I know. I’m nervous, but I’m ready for it.
Frosti smiled.
Confessional Frosti –
Angelia and I talked and she stressed I should stay positive. This is a good sign we have open lines of communication.
Angelia and I talked and she stressed I should stay positive. This is a good sign we have open lines of communication.
Angelia comforted Frosti with a hand on his back, before standing up.
Confessional Angelia –
If I were in Frosti’s position, I’d be really hating my life in this game right now. Frosti has always been someone really introverted, kept to himself, and not really ever said anything outspoken. He’s always had Na’Onka to do that for him. He was Na’Onka’s sidekick. And now that Nay is gone, he’s on his own. I didn’t want him to win Immunity this round, because he has to absolutely go, I still offered words of motivation. I don’t know .. I thought it was a nice touch. *Giggles*. What can I say, I’m in it to win it. If that means kissing pre-voted out players' ass, then so be it!

CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the settlement of the challenge : It was in a clear area of a large island. There would be a maze, and in the center of it, there was a higher platform, with one table for each player. Nearby, Jeff was waiting on them to come.
Jeff Probst – Come on in guys!
The final four entered challenge field, and they took place on the mat.
Jeff Probst – First thing first, Pete, I’ll take it back again!
He walked to Pete, and he handed back the immunity necklace.
Jeff Probst – Immunity is back up for grabs!
Jeff put it back to its original spot.
Jeff Probst – For today’s immunity challenge, you will race through a giant maze…
We could see someone run through a maze.
Jeff Probst – Collecting FOUR bags, containing numbered tiles.
We could see someone find a bag under a tiki hut.
Jeff Probst – Once you have all four bags, you will race back in the center…
We could see someone run back to the center with all bags.
Jeff Probst – These bags contain numbered tiles, going from one to twenty-five.
We could see tiles spreading around the table, seeing a 8, 14, 20 and 23.
Jeff Probst – You must place these tiles in order from one to one hundred…
We could see all the numbered tiles placing themselves on the table in order, until it reaches “25”.
Jeff Probst – First person to get it right… wins immunity! Guaranteed a one in THREE shot at winning this game! Take your spots… we’ll get started!
Jeff started moving, and we could see the maze from an aerial view, before castaways were ready to go. They all started in the center.
Jeff Probst – Alright, here we go… for immunity! Survivors ready… GO!
All four started running through the maze, nearly pushing eachother out of the way. They seemed to be following eachother, but at one point, Shannon separated from the group. The group he left just go into a deadend, while Shannon just seemed to make his way all around the maze, for a bag that was far away.
Jeff Probst – Shannon running all over the maze!
He finally got his way into one of the huts, and grabbed the brown bag.
Jeff Probst – Shannon got his first bag!
He was already running towards the next hut, and all three others were now completely separated.
Jeff Probst – Shannon making quick work of it… everyone else seems lost! Gotta pick it up guys!
Shannon just got into another hut, and grabbed his bag.
Jeff Probst – Shannon just got his second bag! No one else have found bags!
Just as Jeff said this, Frosti got his hand onto his first bag, and a yellow flag just raised above his hut.
Jeff Probst – Frosti found his first bag!
Angelia just followed Frosti and got herself a bag too.
Jeff Probst – Angelia with her first bag! Pete’s the only one out of this!
Both Angelia and Frosti were following each other, running to the last hut that Shannon had went into. They both untied their bag at the same time. A yellow and a purple flag raised.
Jeff Probst – Everyone but Pete have two bags now! There are FOUR!
Shannon just kept hitting onto dead ends.
Jeff Probst – Shannon had a lead and it is LOST! Just like him!
Shannon turned around and continued his way through the maze, when Angelia just got a third bag.
Jeff Probst – Angelia with another bag! She is now in the lead… with one bag left!
Pete just got into his first hut.
Jeff Probst – Pete finally getting into this! He’s got his first bag!
The blue flag just raised as he started running with his first bag in hand. The next hut was not too far, and he quickly put his hand onto his next bag.
Jeff Probst – Pete’s got two bags now! He’s catching up!
Shannon was still running, but this time, not into a dead end. He just found his next bag.
Jeff Probst – Shannon’s got another bag!
Frosti was right on his tail, finding the same bag, but not untied yet.
Jeff Probst – Frosti’s getting into this too!
Pete ran right to the same bag as well, and both him and Frosti untied their bags. Their flags raised.
Jeff Probst – Everyone now have ONE bag left to find!
Angelia just found her last bag, as her purple flag raised above the hut.
Jeff Probst – Angelia’s got all her bags! She can now start putting her tiles in order!
Angelia was now running towards the center of the maze, but she just hit a dead end, so she had to find another way. Just as she was almost there, Pete just got his last bag.
Jeff Probst – Pete’s got his last bag! He can start!
Pete was now running to the center, when Angelia just arrived at her table, untying her bags, with her hands shaking. When Pete arrived to start untying his bag, Angelia just spilled her numbers on the tile. She quickly found the “1” and placed it on the top-left corner.
Jeff Probst – Angelia’s starting to place her tiles now!
Both Frosti and Shannon found their bag at the same time, and they were both running back to the center.
Jeff Probst – This is it! Everyone are at numbers now!
Pete finally untied his bags, and he placed tiles all around, analysing what numbers to put together. Shannon just ran back to the center before Frosti and he teared one of his bag apart. Angelia just kept placing numbers, she was up to 15 now.
Jeff Probst – Angelia is about to win this!
Pete was stacking smaller numbers together, and Shannon started placing numbers in order. Angelia was still searching her next number, and Frosti just arrived with his bags. He started untying.
Jeff Probst – There are twenty-five numbers! Angelia is ten numbers away from winning!
She just found the 16, and she placed it. Shannon was now at 5, when Pete started unstacking his pile to place them at a faster pace. Frosti finally untied his bag, and he spilled all tiles around his table, looking for number one.
Jeff Probst – Pete is catching up on Angelia, now!
Pete just finished unstacking another pile, and he was now at 10. Shannon started catching up with 12 now.
Jeff Probst – This is very close!
Angelia just placed her 20.
Jeff Probst – Angelia with 5 numbers left!
She started picking up the pace, while Pete and Shannon were doing their best at placing numbers faster than that. Pete was only at 15, when Angelia just placed her last tile…
Jeff Probst – Angelia wins immunity!
Angelia – YAY!
Frosti sighed, realizing he had just finished organizing his pieces. Angelia was smiling, as Jeff would put the necklace around her neck.
Jeff Probst – Angelia is safe tonight at tribal council… for the rest of you, one of you IS going home. Grab stuff, and head back to camp!
We could see Pete, Shannon and Frosti disappointed in their loss, while Angelia would be smiling.
Confessional Angelia –
I could feel my body shaking as I was slamming the last few pieces in the right order .. until .. I won Immunity! Winning Immunity this round was basically like winning the Immunity in the Final 3. I’m confident enough right now, that with this, and with Frosti going this round, I am one hundred percent positive that I will make it to the end of this game to plead my case to the Jury as to why I should win this game.

MARAKEI, DAY 35
The clouds moved at a faster pace, above the heads of the final four who just arrived at camp. Angelia just put her immunity necklace on the shelter, and Shannon just smiled at her.
Confessional Shannon –
I was glad that Angie won, but I wanted Frosti to win so Pete could have a promising shot at leaving. Who knows what Angie is thinking in that head of hers. I’d hope she’s thinking that she’d want me in the end with her and not Pete. She’d have a better shot at the end against me. She has to know that. If she doesn't then she needs to wake-up.

Angelia was now whispering with Pete, and Shannon/Frosti didn’t notice.
Angelia – That was my favorite challenge. Oh my godddd. My hands are still shaky.
Pete – You did great! Good job! If I couldn’t win, I’m thrilled it was you.
Angelia – Thank you. I’m just glad on us won it. This round is going by so quick.
Pete – Me too. I know. I guess it’s because there’s no reward.
Angelia – Jeff wasn’t kidding when he said we’d be done in about 5 days, was he?
Pete – It’s tribal, challenge, back to tribal. He wasn’t at all. At least now we can pick who we want to vote out.
Angelia – Yep!
Shannon just interrupted their conversation to pull Angelia aside. Pete leaves them alone.
Shannon – You did really great out there.
Angelia – Thank you, Shannon!
Shannon – No problem. The question is… am I going to make the Final three?
Angelia – Oh my god. Shannon. Yes. You KEPT ME in this game by voting for me to stay. I know I didn’t take you on Reward, but I know that I definitely need to pay you back. So I’ll keep you!
Shannon – Are you saying if you didn’t owe me, you’d vote me out?
Angelia laughs.
Angelia – MAYBE. Kidding.
Shannon – Ahahah. So what are we doing this round then.
Angelia – What are you thinking?
Shannon – If you want it to be me and you in the end, Pete needs to go this round. He’s our only competition.
Angelia – Ugh.
Shannon – What?
Angelia – You might have felt fine voting out one of SPAM, but I don’t, Shannon.
Shannon – Angie.
Angelia – No. Listen to me. I’ve been loyal to SPAM since we all aligned. To you. To Matty. To Pete. I refuse to vote any of you out. I never have, I’m not starting now.
Shannon – Okay. That’s fine. Then we’ll vote out Frosti. We just need to make sure we win the final challenge. Or we won’t be in the end together.
Angelia – I spoke to Pete. He’s in on taking out Frosti too. So we’re fine for this round. Next round is going to be an all out battle.
Shannon – Pete better be ready then. I’m ready to oliberate him as my competition.
Angelia laughs and rolls her eyes.
Angelia – You boys and your competition.
Shannon – Ahah, what can I say? This is the perfect platform to prove who’s the better performer. He’s going down.
Angelia – I’ll beat both of you.
Angelia makes a lovely face to Shannon.
Confessional Shannon –
I still really want Pete out and if there were any shot at getting her to flip her vote and take him out, we’d send him out 2-1-1, with Frosti probably voting for me, and Pete voting Frosti. It would be fucking epic. But as soon as I mentioned taking out Pete, Angie went into this lecture about how she’s been loyal and wants to stay loyal to the alliance she made. Whatever. I just see it as an excuse because she doesn’t want to take him out. But I know that if she’s using that as he excuse, then she wouldn’t take me out either, so I think everyone will see Shannon live to see another day in the Final 3.

MARAKEI, DAY 36
It was another day on Marakei when a wave just hit the shore. Frosti was sitting on the beach with Pete.
Pete – How are you doing?
Frosti – A little worried, but not bad.
Pete – Are you thinking about the game? I think everyone’s worried right now. Who knows what’s going to happen.
Frosti – Ya, that’s what everyone is saying. Do you know who you’re voting for this tribal council?
Pete – I’m honestly not decided.
Frosti – I’d vote for Shannon if that’s what you were doing.
Pete – You would? That’s one of the options I’m definitely looking at. So I’m definitely interested in potentially working together. I don’t want to commit to anything yet, but I’m thinking about it.
Frosti – That’s where my vote will be. Hope you join along. Get Angie too if you can.
Pete – We’ll talk about it!
Frosti just stood up and cleaned dirt off his shorts.
Confessional Frosti –
I talked to Pete and told him I'd vote for Shannon. He said he was going to talk to Angie so I'm depending on them to keep me in the game. I wanted to talk to Shannon but he's a shady guy and has betrayed everyone so i don't respect him but i thought he would want to work with me. I just hope Pete and Angie stick with me.

Pete looked at him walk away, and he stood up as well.
Confessional Pete –
I've talked to Frosti and know he's down for voting for Shannon because it would give him another week. With Angelia and I, that would be 3 votes for Shannon and enough for him to go home, which is what I want. Frosti may have some endurance potential because he did do decently in some of the tribal immunity challenges and made it off Exile Island, but I'm honestly just not convinced he would be able to pull off a win in the final three challenge.

Two crabs were marching on the sand, before Pete would go to Angelia to talk about his plan.
Pete – I think it might be the smartest move to take out Shannon.
Angelia looks shocked.
Confessional Angelia –
I was approached by both Pete and Shannon... about taking out the other. Ugh! This wasn’t supposed to happen. Why can’t we just make it easy and take out Frosti. They both know that in the F3 that one of them is screwed if the other wins, so they want to take eachother out, and want to use me to do it. Feeling everything I worked for slipping through my hands, I had to get on the defensive and it was time for me to lay down the law. I wasn’t going to be a pushover and brush it off this time, I was going to make it clear that I wanted both boys to stay, to each of them.

Angelia – Really? Why?
Pete – Shannon betrayed us by taking out Matty. He’s done better in the challenges than Frosti and is more likely to win the last one.
Angelia – Two wrongs don’t make a right through, Pete. If we just take him out too, then I feel like we’re doing the same thing he did. I’ve played loyal since the very start of this game.
Pete – You don’t feel like it’s justified taking him out even though he betrayed us first?
Angelia – I don’t want Frosti even close to the end of this game. We saw the Na’Onka reactions. Four Nonoutis on the jury? One Nonouti could escape to the end? That’s a huge risk.
Pete – I have been extremely loyal this game, but I have no idea if he would have voted me out or not if I didn’t win the last two challenges. I’m not sure he won’t vote me out now with Frosti.
Angelia – That would be really dumb.
Pete – That’s true though about having Nonouti make up the majority on the jury.
Angelia – Shannon’s told me he’s voting out Frosti.
Pete – You trust him completely to do that?
Angelia – We need to vote Frosti out. So are you in on taking out Frosti?
Pete sighs.
Confessional Pete –
Angelia doesn't want Shannon out because she's "loyal" to him. Why do we have to be loyal to someone who backstabbed our alliance? It's frustrating because she's the only person whose vote I can completely depend on to be where she says it is. I do want to see Shannon out because I think it's time for him to leave the game and think he's the bigger final three threat to my own agme, but it might be smart to take Frosti out as well if he has the jury supporting him. It's so much to consider that I keep running through what I should do.

TRIBAL COUNCIL
The sun settled down, and it was tribal council. The Final four were entering tribal council with their torches. Angelia lead the group, followed by Shannon. Frosti just put his torch on a hold, and Pete just sat down. Jeff looked at the entrance, waiting on the jury to arrive.
Jeff Probst – Now bringing the members of the jury… GINA, DAVE, MATTY, ELYSE, and NA’ONKA, voted out last tribal council!
They sat down on the other side of tribal council. Na’Onka and Frosti smiled at each other.
Jeff Probst – Frosti, how do you feel now that Na’Onka has been voted out?
Frosti – I feel alone. Nay has been my closest ally this whole game and I feel lonely without her.
Jeff Probst – Angelia, do you feel like your chances of winning so far are increasing or decreasing as the game progresses?
Angelia – I think everyone’s chances of winning are increasing, Jeff. The closer we get to the end of this game, the bigger the chance each person has at actually winning.
Jeff Probst – Did you expect to make it this far?
Angelia – Nooo, not at all. When the merge hit, I expected us to be wiped clean. Hoping a crack in Nonouti’s armor seemed like a far-fetched wish, but we just got really lucky.
Jeff Probst – Shannon, you think you got here easily or you had a hard road to get here?
Shannon – Hard road. It’s been a hard road for all of us to get here. It’s been as some people have said : A roller coaster ride.
Jeff Probst – What was the hardest for you?
Shannon – Making certain decisions in this game. Being approached with obstacles that appear to be far stronger than they let on. I’ve beat a lot to get here. I’m stoke I’m still around.
Jeff Probst – Pete, what about you? Hard work to get here?
Pete – Yes, it’s taking a lot of work to get to this point. There’s the whole forming alliances, trying to maintain alliances, fighting for challenge wins, doing work around camp. Everything factors into it.
Jeff Probst – You have been immune in the last two tribals, and now that Angelia has won immunity, that leaves you vulnerable. How would you feel if this adventure came to an end for you?
Pete – I’d be disappointed. I’ve put everything I have into this, and I want to make it to the end as much as anyone else. I’m nervous though because I may have needed the last two immunity wins, so we’ll see what happens now that I don’t have it.
Jeff Probst – Frosti, what do you think are your chances to stay tonight?
Frosti – About fifty-fifty. I gave my case and think I have a chance but it might work or it might not work.
Jeff Probst – Angelia, you think this vote could come down to a tie?
Angelia – By what everyone has said… I don’t think this vote will come down to a tie. I think it’s a pretty straight-forward vote. I expect it to be a 3-1 vote.
Elyse looks sad, and Pete looked over at her.
Jeff Probst – Shannon, who do you think is the biggest threat to win the game right now?
Shannon - Everyone for different reasons. Angelia for dominating challenges, Pete for being like able to the others, and Frosti for having the majority of his old tribe on the Jury.
Jeff Probst – Frosti, do you think having the majority of your original tribe on the jury is an advantage to you?
Frosti - No. I betrayed them all so they aren't all going to vote for me...
Jeff Probst – Talking about betrayal, it looks like there’s been a lot of backstabs in the game, is this over or could it continue in this last portion of the game?
Frosti – I don’t have any allies so I won’t be backstabbing anyone.
Angelia – People have had their loyalties to certain people, and some people have just made dumb moves, point blank. If anything happens, it could be next round, when it matters the most. This is Survivor… I don’t put anything past it.
Jeff Probst – Shannon, you have to vote for either Frosti or Pete, what do you use to make your decision?
Shannon - I have to think about what could put me in a better spot to achieve my goal of reaching the end. The person I vote out tonight wont help me get there.
Jeff Probst – Alright, it is time to vote… Angelia, you have immunity, assuming you keep it?
Angelia smiles.
Angelia – I’m keeping it!
Jeff Probst – Cannot vote for Angelia, everybody else is fair game… Angelia, you’re up!
Angelia stood up and walked to the voting podium, followed by Shannon. Frosti then bend his vote, and put it in the urn. Pete then walk back to his seat, waited by Jeff.
Jeff Probst – I’ll tally the votes…
While Jeff was gone tallying the votes, we could see Shannon and Frosti look at their tribe mates. Jeff just got back with the votes.
Jeff Probst – Once votes are read, decision is final, person voted out will be asked to leave tribal council immediately… I’ll read the votes!
First vote…
Frosti
1 Frosti.
Frosti nodded.
Shannon
1 Frosti, 1 Shannon.
Angelia looked at Shannon.
Frosti
2 Frosti, 1 Shannon.
Frosti looks sad.
Shannon is waiting on the next vote.
And the thirteenth person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati and 6th member of the jury…
Frosti
3 Frosti, 1 Shannon.
Frosti stood up, and some of the jurors don’t look happy. He just put his torch in front of Jeff, to get his torch snuffed.
Jeff Probst – Frosti, tribe has spoken!
Frosti – I had a blast, bye.
Frosti left tribal council, and Jeff looked at the group.
Jeff Probst – You have succeeded something that looked difficult to accomplish : making it to the end together. But one of you won’t make it to the very end, make sure that’s not you! Grab torches, and head back to camp!
The final three stood up and walked out of tribal council with their torches in hand.
FINAL WORDS
Final Words Frosti –
Gah...they got me. I knew I was taking a risk with those two. I should have told Dave and Gina about the plan to take out Tom... That's my only regret because I couldn't have stopped Nay from flipping when she did. This game was ours if we took out someone from Tarawa then. Nays move cost me all my Nonouti allies so I had to start over and couldn't break into a group that was already close. I had a blast playing! I recognized I was on the outs and made it to the last of my tribe. Haha I wasn't as big of a character as I wanted to be but I hope I'm remembered.

VOTES
While Frosti was telling his final words, we could see who everyone voted for.
Angelia – Frosti.
Frosti – Shannon.
Pete – Frosti.
Shannon – Frosti.
MARAKEI, NIGHT 36
A bunch of bats were flying around at night on the island of Marakei. Angelia, Pete and Shannon were just back from tribal council.
Angelia – Oh my god, final three!
Angelia just laid her torch onto a tree.
Pete – We’ve made it so far.
Shannon – Ahah. We fucking did it.
Angelia – I swear, it feels like we were just on Tarawa voting out, like, Parvati. And now here we are.
Shannon laughs.
Confessional Shannon –
Is anyone really that sad that Frosti is out of the game? The dude was just there. He sucked it up at the challenges and he gave nothing of value to the game. His shining moments will be… nothing, ahah. He’ll be known as the little Tamagotchi hand-held in Na’Onka’s back pocket all game. The dude sucked. I’m the last guy in the game that has the balls that it takes to win the whole game. Pete doesn’t have any. His are tucked up between his legs. That’s why when we move into this next, final stage of the game you’ll see me win the final challenge and guarantee myself a spot at the end of the game.

Pete was back into the shelter, trying to sleep, while Angelia and Shannon would be sitting near the fire, talking to each other, not too loud.
Shannon – Glad we made it.
Angelia – Me too! It’s been a long road. But we finally got here.
Shannon – I know. I’m glad I’m here with you.
Angelia – Aw.
Shannon – I know we’ve had our moments, but I’ve always had your best interest at heart.
Angelia – Thank you, Shannon. I really do appreciate it. Having someone to look out for you is rare out here.
Shannon – Ahah, I know. I’ve had you too, right?
Angelia – Of course.
Shannon – Now one of us will win that final challenge tomorrow, and we’ll be sitting at the end together. I’ve wanted that ever since we made SPAM together. I knew you were the one I wanted to go to the end with.
This makes Angelia smile.
Angelia – Wow, that far back? I must’ve made quite an impression.
Shannon – Ahah, you did. A great one. If I win, I’ll be taking you to the end. You’re taking me to the end if you win, right?
Angelia – If we win! Anything could happen. We both know how Pete is at these challenges.
Shannon – Yeah, I’m confident I can beat him though. You can too. If you win, taking me to the end just shows that we’ve been solid through all of this. I’ve had your back in this entire game. I’ve never made any moves against you personally. I’ve always had you safe. Always kept me safe. I voted to keep you in this game when you could have gone home.
Shannon talks fast and Angelia interrupts him.
Angelia – Shannon… I know. We just need to wait what happens in this challenge. I don’t want to jinx anything. I can be really superstitious about stuff like this.
Shannon – Alright. We can talk about it then.
Confessional Shannon –
All the times I have brought up going to the end together, she’s given short answers and nothing really concrete. That’s a strike for her. I don’t know what she’s doing, but she needs to get it in check fast. She needs to know what she’s doing. She once more didn’t commit to the idea and said we had to wait and see who won. Pete isn’t going to win this challenge. Want to know why? Because I am. It's written in the scrolls of pre-determined history, dude.

MARAKEI, DAY 37
The night was over and the sun just rose in the sky. Angelia was now on the beach with Pete.
Pete – After everything we’ve been through, we made it to the final three.
Angelia – We’re so freaking close. I swear I thought it was going to be YOU gone first at merge, and then me.
Pete – I’m so excited too. We’re just one challenge away from being in the finales.
Angelia – But here we are in the final three. It’s hilarious. And we only need to beat Shannon. Which we can so do. We’ve done it in like almost every challenge.
Pete – I don’t think we’ll have a problem with that.
Him and Angelia laugh outloud, and we could see Shannon innocently drink in his water canteen while they would talk about him.
Pete – We’ve been so strong in these competitions this game. We’ve been first and second so often.
Confessional Pete –
I'm final three. I honestly can't believe it. My best friend in the game and closest ally is with me, and I'm thrilled that we made it this far and only one challenge separates us from the finals. Bringing Shannon to end would result in an easier win, but I wouldn't want to tarnish the end of the game by bringing him there with me.

Angelia – The only thing I remember him being good at, was endurance, but I passed him in that. The one where we were in cages and got dunked.
Pete – Yeah, last endurance was annoying for me. I was going to go longer but failed, and that eliminated me. But I think we both have the determination to go for hours, and he’ll have to stop.
Angelia – I hope it’s not endurance though. That makes it even more nerve-racking. I want to be QUICK, like a quick victory. One more person to go, and we make it.
Pete – It would be huge if we could do this, get the two of us in finales. I believe it’s going to happen.
Angelia – We’ll win.
Her and Pete grab high fives, before all final three were rowing on their boat on the sea. They were about to land on the Exile Island that Frosti had been sent to earlier. There was a World War II anti-aircraft turret on shore, and they just landed next to it. We could start hearing the rites of passage music as they walk towards torches of their fallen comrades.
We could see the torch of NELEH, along with a series of her moments.
Shannon – Didn’t know the chick. She was a first boot so she probably did jack shit.
Angelia laughs and grabs her torch.
They now reached the torch of LINDSEY. Shannon just grabbed it.
Shannon – Lindsey was on our tribe, right?
Pete – I don’t know what we can say about her. She really didn’t do anything and then got taken out of the game.
Angelia – SHANNON. She was. She got med’evac’d. It was scary. I hope she’s better now.
They moved to COCHRAN’s torch. Pete grabbed it.
Angelia – I wasn’t really a fan of Cochran. He threw my name around as a potential boot, and he only pulled his weight when he saw fit.
Pete – He was helpful at challenges, but he didn’t talk strategy enough and some of us found him shady with his actions.
Shannon raises his eye brows.
Shannon – Bad social player. Hid behind his bad acne.
They just reached the torch of SHAWN. And they seem unsure of who he is.
Pete – I’m not sure what we can say about Shawn.
They all shook their head in agreement.
They moved to the torch of PARVATI.
Shannon – I couldn’t stand this chick. She did nothing in the first rounds of the game then emerged and tried to run the show. Not how it works, babe. Hope you liked going home early.
Pete – She didn’t do anything at first, then she tried taking over our tribe strategically, and then she decided she wanted out when she didn’t get her way…
Angelia – I liked that she finally stepped up after being so under the radar the first couple rounds, but she came across too strong with her approach, and it rubbed everyone the wrong way.
They moved to the torch of NINA.
Shannon – I made my first deal with her in this game. Tried to get an alliance going with her and she turned it down. Look where that got her.
Angelia gasps.
Pete – I talked a lot to Nina the first night about strategy. Then after that, we hardly talked, and you could tell she wasn’t connecting that well to the tribe socially. In order to get a group together we could trust, we had to take her out before the merge.
Angelia - Nina and I didn't really click. We just didn't have that connection like I did with alot of the other players. It's unfortunate, but we just didn't mesh well.
They reached the torch of TOM.
Angelia – Tom looked like the strongest product from Nonouti. I can say that we were SHOCKED that Tom was the one being targeted. It just made our lives easier.
Pete – From everything I heard, Tom was the leader of Nonouti and had everyone following him. It was a huge move that Na’Onka and Frosti made flipping to us.
Shannon – Tom seemed overhyped to me. I think he was given too much credit for just being someone who showed up to challenges and just did their part. He was nothing special.
They reached GINA’s torch.
Angelia – I wanted to get to know Gina, but with the huge divide right at the start of merge, and everyone kind of not talking to the other side, I never really got to know her or understand her game.
Pete – Gina was put in a bad spot because of Na’Onka and Frosti did when they flipped, but I was surprised she didn’t talk more to Tarawa to try to advance her position.
Shannon – She didn’t talk to anyone besides Dave or when she was bitching at Na’Onka. Not very memorable.
They moved to the torch of DAVE.
Shannon laughs at the sight of his torch.
Shannon – Ahah, this fairy princess. I couldn’t stand the dude. I am in awe that he even made it to the merge. But I’m glad I took part in taking him out.
Pete – I actually did talk to Dave, but it was weird because he proposed a deal to work with Tarawa and then stopped talking, never brought it up again. So I’m not really sure what was going through his head, but he was good at the challenges.
Angelia - Dave was a nice guy! But we were on opposite sides. At that point in the game, it seemed like Gina and Dave were completely shunned and they were going to be the first two, easy boots. If you were caught talking to them… possible target!
After Pete grabbed his torch, they moved to the torch of MATTY.
Pete – I liked Matty. He was a good, loyal ally to have, and he did a lot of communicating and negotiating after the merge. It’s unfortunate that he was a victim because of that and never got to enjoy the success that his work brought.
Angelia – His betrayal was a tough pill to swallow. I still don’t understand your move, Shannon.
Shannon – Taking him out was a move I felt needed to be made. In my eyes… he was playing a great dirty-free game.
They moved to the torch of ELYSE.
Pete – Elyse was always really nice and pleasant to be around. Even though her tribe went from the majority to the minority, she seemed to take it well. I think if she made it to the end, she would have been well-liked and in position to get a lot of jury votes.
Shannon - She voted for me twice and I put it past us to use her as a vote to take out Matty. But after that, I had no reservations in getting a little revenge.
Angelia - Elyse was probably the one Nonouti I got along with the most. I think taking he ront hat fishing trip with Pete really helped me get to understand her and know what she was thinking. She just wanted to survive out here. She was playing for safety, round after round. She was really admirable.
Angelia just took her torch, and they moved to NA’ONKA’s. Angelia starts laughing immediately.
Angelia – Wow! Where can any of us start? Na’Onka was a crazy player. She was up, down, hot, cold… you name it. She was a fierce competitor, and a very strongly outspoken person. I think that was probably her downfall in this game… not being able to keep quiet over certain things.
Pete - Na'Onka was just crazy. You have to envy how she wasn't afraid to make moves and swap things up. At the same time, her strategy was dangerous because she'd just make moves every round and some of them were bound to fail eventually. Her exit round was the craziest I've seen.
Shannon shakes his head before grabbing her torch.
Shannon - Don't even get me started.
They finally moved to FROSTI, the last torch to gather.
Angelia - Frosti was a really sweet guy. He was SUPER optimistic and really rootable. I know that I would have probably rooted for him if I was at home watching, just because he was the last, little guy standing.
Pete - I liked Frosti. He was a little quiet and I think trying to float under the radar, but we all recognized that he was still a threat because of it and had to take him out to get Tarawa to the end if one of us wanted to win.
Shannon - Way too quiet, way too shy, way too timid, and way too much of a sheep to play the game of Survivor.
Angelia, Pete and Shannon were now moving towards a gigantic tiki statue made of coconut husk. They started dropping their torches in there, about to burn memories. They stepped back right after setting fire to it. It burned very quickly, and flames could be seen from an aerial view.
CHALLENGE FIELD
We could see the settlement of the final immunity challenge : There was a simple monkey bar above water, divided in three sections. On shore, Jeff was waiting on the final three to come.
Jeff Probst – Come on in guys!
They finally stepped in, and took place on their mat. Jeff pointed at Angelia.
Jeff Probst – Angelia, I’ll take the necklace once again!
He walked to Angelia, and took the immunity necklace off her, to then put it back to its original spot.
Jeff Probst – For the LAST time… immunity is back up for grabs! Today’s challenge will put you to your limits! Above water, you’ll be hanging onto one monkey bar…
We could see someone hang on a single monkey bar above water.
Jeff Probst – For as long as you can! Take any position you want, just don’t touch anything else than that bar you’re hanging on to! Once you drop, you are out.
We could see someone splash into the water.
Jeff Probst – Last person standing… wins immunity and is guaranteed to make it to the final two and as importantly, gets to decide who sits next to them for the final vote.
All three of them were nodding.
Jeff Probst – We’ll draw for spots, we’ll get started!
The clouds moved at a faster pace, until all three were hanging on their bar.
Jeff Probst – This challenge is… ON!
We could see all three of them using all their legs and arms to hang on.
Jeff Probst – This could go on for a while!
We could see the individual immunity necklace, before we realize that three minutes had been elapsed. Pete was readjusting one of his legs, Angelia was not moving, and Shannon gets closer to his bar.
Jeff Probst – Everyone looks great on that bar… but that will change…
Before Jeff could even see anything, Pete just slipped in the water, and get laughed at by Shannon right away.
Jeff Probst – Wow! And all of a sudden… Pete drops out! Three minutes in!
Pete – Ugh.
Pete slaps the water, and starts swimming back to shore.
Confessional Pete –
I seriously can't believe it. All game, I've been prepared for this, and I'm out three minutes in. It's incredibly embarrassing. I look really pathetic out there, and that's not the kind of perception I want to carry into the finales with me. What's worse is that I'm now not even sure I'm going to finales.

We could see Angelia not being happy, but staying focused on the challenge.
Shannon – Golden boy gone.
Shannon shook his head in happiness and looked by at the sky, where the sun would be at its peak. Fiften minutes were elapsed. Jeff was still watching Angelia and Shannon compete.
Jeff Probst – This is about concentration, lose focus… even for a moment… and you could drop!
Angelia and Shannon were trying not to listen to Jeff.
Jeff Probst – Thirty-seven days of work… all comes down to this!
Angelia just moved one of her legs.
Jeff Probst – Angelia, readjusting.
Shannon just kept watching her readjusting and Angelia looked back at him. She whispered to him.
Angelia – Wanna make a deal?
Shannon – I’m intrigued.
Angelia – Drop.
Shannon – Ahah, what?
Angelia – Drop…
Shannon stares at her, still hanging on his bar.
Angelia – If you do, I’ll take you to the end.
Shannon – Are you saying if I don’t drop now, but drop later, and you win… you won’t take me?
Angelia – Stop making it all complicated, Shannon. It’s a simple deal… Drop now, and I’ll take you to the end. The Final 2.
Shannon looks careless about the deal.
Shannon – It was always going to be us anyways, right.
Angelia – Mhm, but you wanted me to say it to you before. I’m saying it now.
Shannon and her stared at each other.
Shannon – Say it louder.
Angelia – Seriously.
Shannon – Yeah, seriously.
Angelia rolls her eyes, then seemed a little more in pain. She readjusted again.
Jeff Probst – Angelia starting to struggle.
Angelia sighed and Shannon started talking louder so Pete could hear.
Shannon – Say it. I want commitment.
Angelia – What game are you playing, Shannon. Seriously.
Pete makes a worried face.
Shannon – Just say it, or I will.
Angelia rolls her eyes again.
Angelia – You look so dumb right now.
Angelia looked away.
The clouds moved at a faster pace, and 23 minutes were elapsed. Angelia finally started talking.
Angelia – All I said was, drop, and I’ll take you to the final 2.
Shannon giggles.
Shannon – So if I drop, you’ll take me. Not Pete.
Angelia – Mhm. That’s what I said.
Confessional Angelia –
Shannon started playing his usual game, trying to get into my head, distract me, talk trash, etc. I’ll admit, it kind of bothered me. He’s really good at psyching people out. I turned to Shannon and whispered a deal. I told him if he dropped off, that I’d take him to the end no matter what. He of ‘course then made a big deal out of it, and wanted me to say it out loud to Jeff and Pete. Whatever. So I did. Pete knew I’d take him to the end over anyone.

Shannon looked over at Pete.
Shannon – Must suck to be Pete right now. Ahaha.
Pete and Angelia both make annoyed faces.
Jeff Probst – You have to fight against your pain! Find another place for your mind!
Angelia – What if the pain is Shannon?
Shannon – She bites! I like it.
Angelia – Are you gonna’ drop?
Shannon – Does it look like it?
Shannon drops his legs but hangs on the bar with his arms. Angelia rolls her eyes, and Shannon keeps staring at her.
Shannon – It’s getting rough for you babe. You should drop.
Angelia – No thanks.
Angelia smiles and readjusts. Shannon winks at her.
Shannon – Angie seems to be struggling more.
Angelia – I am not.
As soon as Angelia said that, she slips and drop in the water.
Jeff Probst – Shannon wins Immunity!
Angelia resurfaces, not happy.
Angelia – What?
Shannon – YES!
Shannon jumps in the water, and once everyone gathered back on the mat, Jeff handed the necklace over to him. Both Angelia and Pete don’t look appealed about it.
Jeff Probst – Shannon, you have a guaranteed spot in the final two, and you will also get to choose who will face the jury with you. You have a night to figure it out. For the others, I got nothing for ya! Grab stuff, and head back to camp!
We could see everyone putting their bags on their shoulders, as they leave the challenge field. Angelia was there.
Confessional Angelia –
I somehow lost my footing and fell. *Sighs*. It happened .. Shannon won the final challenge. The smirk on Shannon’s face when he won .. it made me sick to my stomach. I can’t believe after everything he had done in this game, he was going to be the one to face the Jury. He doesn’t deserve it. At all. The Final 2 should have been myself and Pete, point blank. Uuugh. God.

MARAKEI, DAY 37
A rattlesnake was moving through grass, before Shannon and the rest of the tribe got back to camp. He just hanged his immunity on the shelter.
Confessional Shannon –
Who’s the king? Who’s the fucking king? Shannon. That’s who. Pete fell off so early in the challenge. I couldn’t help but laugh. The guy is a washed up player with nothing more to offer in the game. As soon as Angelia fell, I knew I owed her a small apology. Truth be told, I didn’t owe her shit. She tried to pull that stunt in trying to get me to drop... and for what? She may not respect my tactics, but they worked. It got a little heated, but I told her she was safe, so she could stop bitching.

Pete was obviously not happy, and decided to walk away, which left Angelia and Shannon alone.
Shannon – Sorry.
Angelia – For…?
Shannon – For how I acted during the challenge. I was only trying to get in your head. I wanted to win. That’s all.
Angelia – Okay.
Shannon – You’re mad? Ahahaha, come on. This is a game, Angie. I wanted to win the most important challenge of them all. I fucking won it and I was happy.
A moment of silence, only staring at each other.
Shannon – You’re going to be mad because I’m happy right now? You’re being a typical chick right now. Just be happy for me. This is what we wanted.
Angelia crossed her arms.
Shannon – Well, it’s what I wanted. Ahah, I wanted to win this final challenge.
Angelia – Yeah, congratulations.
Shannon – So. Who should I take to the end with me? Who gives me better chances?
Angelia makes an annoyed face to him and it ignites a reaction from her.
Angelia – Are you serious right now?
Shannon – Yeah.
Angelia – You should take me, Shannon. What do you even mean, who should you take? Are you suggesting you were just stringing me along with all this bullshit? Throwing it in my face daily that you “kept” me in the game with your one vote? Which is really freaking annoying, by the way. You need to let it go. You would have been gone ages ago if it weren’t for me to begin with.
Shannon starts laughing.
Shannon – There’s the fighting spirit I like. You went quiet on me, I needed you to talk.
Angelia – You’re really frustrating.
Shannon – You love it.
Angelia – I don’t, actually.
Confessional Angelia –
Shannon was celebrating. There he was, parading around camp with his necklace, acting like a real toolbox. He came over to me and started talking, apologizing about how he was just trying to get into my head at the competition so he could win, and that it was nothing personal. I was quiet for most of the chat, and he then asked me, “So, who should I take? Who gives me better chances?” Wow. I shot him a look and went off. I still wanted him to take me to the end, obviously. I mean, what the hell? After I had responded, he just laughed in my face. That’s all he wanted, was a reaction. Shannon is such an annoying jerk, honestly. The fact that Pete and I were down in the dumps .. I mean, you’d think his compassion would kick in, but he has none, he’s inhumane.

Angelia - And you need to calm down with the bad sportsmanship. And you may not like Pete, but I do, and I’m sure you already went to him and gloated about your win. Tone it down.
Shannon smiles but remains quiet.
Confessional Shannon –
When Angelia mentioned me maybe having already rubbed my win in Pete’s face a little… I thought… why haven’t I thought of doing that yet!? Ahahah. Pete’s been a fucking pain to deal with in this game, and now with me calling all the shots over him and deciding his spot in this game, I feel drunk with power. I’m going to abuse it as much as I fucking want, especially since this is the final round in the game. I’m going to have fun with it.

A spider was moving on its spider web, before we see Shannon rush to Pete in the forest.
Shannon – Sup.
Pete turned around.
Pete – Hey. Looks like you won immunity.
Shannon – Looks like I did, son! Got the necklace for proof.
Shannon shows him the immunity necklace with a grin on his face.
Pete – So, let me just ask this. Do I have any chance of you keeping me in the game here?
Shannon – You sucked bad in the final challenge. Taking you to the end could do me some favors. Ahaha. What dude drops two or three minutes in.
Pete – I can’t control.
Shannon – That’s embarrassing, bro. How does it feels to have your life in my hands? Feel confident?
Pete – No, to be honest. But I think you should bring me with you.
Shannon – Tell me why.
Pete – It would be a smart choice.
Shannon – Kiss my ass a little. I’m all ears.
Pete – Ugh. I mean, you won the challenge and all. You’re controlling your own fate. Like you said, my game is in your hands. I did really bad in the challenge, not even close to you.
Shannon – But it’s one challenge. Why should I take you over Angelia? In the big picture.
Pete – Are you making your decision based off who you think you’ll have an easier time beating?
Shannon – It’s like you to counter my question with a question of your own. Try answering the one I gave you, Pete.
Pete – I want to base my answer on the criteria you’re looking for to make your decision. I think you’ll have an easier time beating me in the finales.
Shannon – To me it seems like you don’t have the balls to say what you need to say, or what needs to be said about Angelia.
Pete – Then isn’t that another reason why you should bring me with you? Angelia’s just played a great game, and she’s really likeable with everyone.
Shannon – No, dude, it’s not. I have balls, which is why taking someone tough to the end looks a little more rewarding if I win.
Pete’s face changes.
Pete – I’m not saying my game was bad, but hers was exceptional.
Shannon – I still have time to think about it.
Pete – But if you lose, is it worth it? Think about it. Two strong males fighting it out.
Shannon showed quotation marks with his fingers and winked at him.
Shannon – “Think about it”.
He left Pete alone.
Confessional Pete –
I can't stand Shannon. He's so cocky and I think he just wanted to rub in how he won the challenge to me rather than really offer me a chance. I wasn't sure what he was looking for. Should I give him reasons why he'll lose to Angelia? Should I give him reasons why he thinks I'm a stronger competitor and offer a better fight to him than Angelia? You can't tell with his messed up mind, so I tried my best to persuade him but left the conversation feeling like it's definitely me going.

MARAKEI, DAY 38
The sky was clear from clouds, and there was only a sun to shine on the atoll of the island. Angelia and Pete were sitting on the beach.
Angelia – I want you to know. That whole thing… where I was like : drop and I’ll take you, to Shannon, it was just so he’d drop. I was still going to take you.
Pete – That’s what I was hoping. I just kept my mouth shut and hoped Shannon fell for it.
Angelia – Me too. As soon as you crashed, Shannon was all smiles. Literally. He was celebrating.
Pete – And then when he won, it was worse.
Angelia – I know. And now it’s all in his hands.
Pete – I figured this was the end for me, since I have hardly any relation with him. I’m shocked he hasn’t gone against me earlier, but now is his chance to finish me off.
Angelia – Anything can happen though, he’s really unpredictable, as we’ve seen.
Pete – That’s true, but I still doubt it.
Angelia makes a sad face.
Pete – If you’re in the finales, you know you have my vote. I can’t stand Shannon, and I’m sure some of the jurors can’t either.
Angelia – Same to you, Pete.
Confessional Angelia –
I think Pete knew that he was going, just by the way he was acting in the conversation, saying how he’d definitely vote for me to win, and how other people on the Jury would too, because they hate Shannon. He was basically convinced he was going. I never really confirmed it to him, because I didn’t want to be the one to completely squash any hopes he had in staying. I told him anything could happen, even though Shannon had told me he was 100% taking me to the end. The whole situation just sucks, and the way this turned out really saddens me.

Angelia - In a way, whoever goes to the end has a great shot at winning.
Pete – I feel like whoever ends up there with him is going to win.
Angelia – It’s like Shannon won a ticket to his funeral.
Pete – That’s sad but true.
Confessional Pete –
I talked to Angie as sort of a farewell chat since one of us was going to go home. She was pretty quiet and said I had a chance, but I didn't hear anything I liked in terms of how she was nervous and thought Shannon would bring me with him. So I think I'm probably going home tonight still, but I will obviously be cheering for Angelia to win if I do go. I would've had to fight really hard against her to win, but I honestly don't think Shannon even has a chance against her.

The sky was getting darker, and the final 3 started grabbing their with torches.
TRIBAL COUNCIL
The sun settled down, leaving place to the moon. It was under the moon, that tribal council was waiting on the final three to enter with their torches. We could see reflect of their flames in the water near the pond that castaways were walking on. Shannon entered tribal council first, Pete put his torch on a hold, and Angelia just sat down.
Jeff Probst – Now bringing the members of the jury… GINA, DAVE, MATTY, ELYSE, NA’ONKA… and FROSTI, voted out last tribal council!
We could see each juror enter tribal council as he would name them, and finally, Frosti sits on the jury seat. He looks cleaned up now, and was watching the players. Shannon was wearing the immunity necklace.
Jeff Probst – Shannon, let’s talk about the final immunity challenge. You won it, how good does it feel to have that immunity?
Shannon – It feels damn good, Jeff. I may have needed it tonight,b ut now that I have it, I know I’m making the end.
Jeff Probst – Pete, you and Angelia don’t look very happy from what I can see, why is that?
Pete – We’re upset that we lost the challenge. You want to have the power in your hands to control who you go to the final two with. Since Shannon won the challenge, that means he controls who will be in the final two with him and one of us will end up leaving now.
Jeff Probst – Angelia, it came down to you and Shannon. You looked pretty confident that you would hang on for a long time, then dropped. How disappointed are you?
Angelia – I’m really disappointed, Jeff. I could have gone for awhile. I have no one else to blame but myself. I’m still just really frazzled over it, and I’m still in a little bit of aftershock.
Jeff Probst - Angelia, what were the reasons why you wanted to win this challenge the most?
Angelia - I wanted to secure my safety in this game. I don't ever want to be vulnerable in this game. When you have that necklace, you're safe, you are moving into the next round .. and no one can do anything to change that.
Jeff Probst - Pete, you dropped almost right at the beginning, how was it like to watch two people compete and having your faith completely in their hands?
Pete - It was the worst feeling ever. I was focused and prepared to go for hours to win that challenge. I felt hopeless the rest of the challenge watching them. Really, really hopeless and disappointed because I wanted to win and thought I could.
Angelia looks sad.
Jeff Probst - Are you happy with Shannon winning immunity or would you have prefered Angelia?
Shannon starts laughing.
Pete - I would have preferred Angelia winning. I think it's common knowledge that Shannon and I don't get along very well, and I have a solid relationship with Angie.
Jeff Probst – Shannon, do you think you needed that immunity or do you think Angelia and Pete would have taken each other out?
Shannon - The more time passes I think they would have taken each other to the end. I needed this win and I'm glad I was able to stun a few people.
Jeff Probst - Angelia, why should you stay over Pete?
Angelia - I think I should stay over Pete, because I feel like I've dedicated so much time to this game, I've been full involved, and always trying to outdo my last performance. I think I deserve to make it to the end of this game. If Shannon wants to go up against someone strong like he's suggest to me in the past, then he'll take me and well battle it out to the finish.
Jeff Probst - Pete, why should you stay over Angelia?
Shannon - Yeah. Tell us all, Pete. Untuck.
Pete - I'll counter Angelia's argument. I've already told this to Shannon, but if he wants to win the game, he needs to take everything that Angelia just said and realize that it gives her a great chance of winning overall. She's won more challenges than I have, has good social relationships with a lot of people. If he wants a strong fight, he'll get that against both of us. However, Angie's game has been exceptional and his chances of winning against her are almost impossible. With me, it'll be a good, close fight.
Angelia shifts uncomfortable on her seat as she listens to Pete.
Jeff Probst – Alright, Shannon has immunity and we are down to three. Angelia and Pete don’t need to vote, Shannon will be the only person voting. It is time to vote… Shannon, you’re up!
Shannon – I’ve been waiting for this moment.
Shannon smiles, and stands up to go vote at the voting podium. He then put his vote in the urn, and come back to his seat.
Jeff Probst – I’ll tally the vote…
While Jeff was gone tallying the votes, we could see Angelia and Pete worried, then Shannon feeling comfortable, watching Jeff come back with the urn.
Jeff Probst – Once the vote is read, decision is final, person voted out will be asked to leave tribal council immediately… I’ll read the vote…
And the fourteenth person voted out of Survivor: Kiribati and final member of the jury…
Angelia closed her eyes.
Pete
1 Pete.
Pete sighs, and grabs his bag.
Pete – Ugh, I figured.
He put his torch in front of Jeff, who just snuffed it.
Jeff Probst – Pete, tribe has spoken!
When Pete left tribal council, Jeff looked at the group.
Jeff Probst – Congratulations to Angelia and Shannon. You did what nobody else could do… and you have gone as far as you could go. Tomorrow, the power will shift to the jury, you have a day to figure this out. Grab torches, head back to camp!
Everyone stood up, and walked out of tribal council.
FINAL WORDS
Final Words Pete –
I knew I was out after the challenge. You need to control your own fate in a game like this, and I lost control of mine when I was eliminated after three minutes. It was so stupid, and I'm never going to live that moment down. I talked to Shannon, but that was a lost cause from the start. I don't even know what he was looking for? I think he just liked how I needed to beg to him to stay in the game. I think Frosti would have been more likely to bring me with him to the finals than Shannon, and I wish I would have forced a tie with Frosti last round to get Shannon out now that I know Frosti was legitimately down for voting him out. I think I could have made finales that way with good overall perception. There are so many what if's, but at the end of the day, I still played a solid game and got 3rd place. I'll accept that. I enjoyed this game a lot, and as long as Shannon doesn't shockingly win, I'll be satisfied with the game overall.

VOTES
While Pete was telling his final words, we could see who everyone voted for.
Shannon – Pete.
MARAKEI, DAY 39
It was morning, and the final two, Angelia and Shannon, just walked up to tree-mail. There was a basket full of freshly cut fruits, and much more. There was also a note on it, and Angelia read it.
Angelia – “Congratulations for making it to the final two. This is your final day together, enjoy this feast. Tonight, you will face the jury and one of you will be the Sole Survivor.”
Angelia screams her joy and she high fives with Shannon, as they bend down, splitting food.
Confessional Angelia –
I wake up and realize it's the day, it's Day 39. With the Tree-Mail .. was food! Oh my god, just seeing the eggs, croissants, bacon, orange juice, and everything else in that biscuit .. it felt extremely rewarding.
I wake up and realize it's the day, it's Day 39. With the Tree-Mail .. was food! Oh my god, just seeing the eggs, croissants, bacon, orange juice, and everything else in that biscuit .. it felt extremely rewarding.
Angelia and Shannon were now eating the food at the shelter.
Angelia - I can't believe after everything that's happened in this game, that I'm actually sitting here at the end of this game. But now that I'm here, it feels so fulfilling. I can't even describe it.
Shannon - Ahah, it feels awesome to be sitting here at the end. We beat out the odds and here we are having a breakfast fit for royalty. What's better is that everyone on the Jury wishes they were where we are right now. It feels good being top male.
Shannon just took a bite into the pineapple, before Angelia drinks orange juice.
Shannon - So what do you think about our odds facing the Jury? I don't care about Dave or Na'Onka's votes to be honest. I know that's two... and that can look like a lot... but both are personal players and will remain bitter. No point in trying with those losers.
Angelia - I don't think you'll get Dave or Na'Onka's votes whatsoever, truthfully. I mean, the way you treated them in this game was pretty awful. I also don't know about Matty's vote .. do you really think he'd vote you after what you did? And let's face it, I'm definitely getting Pete's vote. We had a close relationship all game. In other words, you have alot of work to do.
Shannon - Ahah, are you trying to tell me I'm nothing but screwed? There's still some questioning, sweets. I can still try and turn things around. I'm not going to get down about it. I'm proud of my game and if the Jury is too bitter to see that I got here on my own merit, then they're blind. I played my cards close to my chest and kept people on their toes. I played my game.
Shannon - What should we toast to? My victory?
Shannon raises glass and winks at her.
Angelia - We should toast to your delusions. *Giggles*. But in all seriousness, let's toast to the game. I can't imagine not being apart of it. After seeing the first season, I was such a fan, and for me to be here, it's a dream come true.
Confessional Angelia –
Can you respect someone like Shannon? I can't, and I'm hoping that the Jury has the same perspective. All I know, is that I have fought so hard to get to this point, and i absolutely refuse to lose to someone like Shannon Elkins. He's made it almost impossible for him to win this game, which is great for me, but horrible for him. But as we know, this is Survivor, anything can happen. Things could be completely different than what they seem. So, I'm not going to get a big head and consider this an early victory.

Angelia and Shannon were now ready to burn the camp down.
Angelia - Let's burn it down, Shannon!
They were almost done piling up all the supplies in the center of the camp. Shannon just added dirty short pants in there.
Shannon - You can do the honors.
Shannon handed Angelia the fired wooden stick. She threw it to the center.
Angelia - And just like that, we're almost done!
The fire quickly started on the camp, and they were both watching it burn.
Confessional Shannon –
I feel that no matter what bias is thrown at me during this final Tribal Council, I'll find a way to surprise the Jury and get them on my side. I know the Angie is going to have a smooth ride tonight when she goes to talk about her game, but that should show people that her game was easy. She took no risks. She played safe. I didn't. I took risks. I made the game exciting. This is my Survivor win, it's always been mine.

We could see the camp steaming from an aerial view.
FINAL TRIBAL COUNCIL
The steam of the burned camp quickly turned into a dark sky with a full moon at night. The final two were slowly making their way into tribal council. Shannon just put his torch on a hold, Angelia just sat down after fixing her clothes.
Jeff Probst – Now bringing the members of the jury… GINA, DAVE, MATTY, ELYSE, NA’ONKA, FROSTI… and PETE, voted out last tribal council!
As he would name them, they would move to their jury seat. Pete was the last one to sit, and he was all cleaned up.
Jeff Probst – Angelia… Shannon… congratulations! You have gone as far as you could go in this game! The power in the game now shifts from Marakei…
Jeff points at Angelia and Shannon.
Jeff Probst – To the jury!
Jeff points at the jurors.
Jeff Probst – Seven people that you had a hand either directly or indirectly in voting out of this game, now hold your faith in their hands.
We could see some of the jurors while Jeff would continue to explain how the final tribal council would go down.
Jeff Probst – Tonight, they’re gonna be gathering information to help them make a million dollar decision.
Angelia and Shannon were ready.
Jeff Probst – Here is how it will work : You will each get a chance to make an opening statement. Why do you deserve to win this game? The jury will then get a chance to address you, you will plead your case a last time with a closing statement, and then we vote. Ready to get started?
Shannon – Yes.
Angelia – I’m ready!
Jeff Probst – Angelia, opening statement!
We could see some jury members, like Elyse, Matty and Na’Onka, listening to her carefully. Angelia smiled then started it out.
Angelia – Hey, everyone! I just want to first say that this game has been absolutely crazy from start to finish. So many things have transpired throughout this game, some expected and some just plain surprises. When I came into this game, I knew what I wanted to do, and that was to be play a loyal game and a strong, competitive game. If I was going to make an alliance in this game, I was going to stay loyal to it. I didn't want to be the person that flipped between alliances, floated in whatever way benefited her, or just played a real clean UTR game. None of that appealed to me, and I didn't want that. I wanted to be in the game. I wanted to be on an established side. I wanted to play for my alliance. I accomplished that with the SPAM alliance that consisted of Shannon, Pete, myself, and Matty. We formed the majority on Tarawa and picked off the outsiders, and then managed to work our way through the merge, and two of the four are now in the finals. I stayed loyal to this alliance, through thick and thin. However, I think some people in the alliance confused loyalty with "gang mentality". I know that some didn't reach out to the other players in the game, but I tried to talk to people outside the SPAM alliance when I could. After all, this is Survivor, and every social decision will ultimately affect the end of the game. I wasn't going to treat everyone like a leper, if they'd give me the chance.
Jurors were still listening.
Angelia - When it came to the competitions in this game, I feel like I delivered. I won competitions, regardless if I needed them or not. Is that sloppy? I don't think so. Is it reckless? No. I feel like me winning those competitions showed just how bad I wanted to be here, how bad I wanted to play, how bad I really do want to win this game. My heart was always in this game and my determination to win competitions was one of my main drives in trying to make it to the end of this game to face you, the Jury. With my alliance backing me, my force in competitions, and my unrestricted social boundaries, I feel like I played a great game and feel deserving of my finals spot. I wish I could say the same for my opponent, but I don't feel like he deserves to be sitting here beside me whatsoever.
Jeff looked at Shannon for his turn, and some jurors were listening to him, like Dave, Gina and Frosti.
Shannon - Ahah, I can see that this whole thing is going to be a bit nasty isn't it, Ang? Nah, that's okay. When I took you (remember?) to the end of this game I told you that it was going to be an all out war, so let's get it started. You've fired the first punch so I guess that means it's my turn to counter with my own. When I applied for this game I said I would do whatever I needed to do to get to the end. I did that. I'm not sorry for any of my actions in this game. I don't owe anyone an apology. I made the moves I needed to make to get to the end. I didn't need to win meaningless rewards or countless competitions I didn't even need, and I didn't need to pan-handle for Jury votes as people skipped to Ponderosa. People want to say that I made bad decisions? Ahah. What? Taking out Matty? Matty's head wasn't even in the game the round he left. He became nonexistent, therefore he was playing a "clean game" and wasn't getting his hands dirty. He'd make the end and win. People want to say that I don't deserve to be here. Ahah, I disagree. I made bad decisions? I don't think so. I made it to the end of the game didn't I? I made it here to face you all on the Jury, didn't I? Isn't that what we all signed up to achieve? To reach the end of the game? Look where I am guys, the end of the game. I guess I did make good moves. As for the little remark that I don't deserve to be here, Ang, my sweet, I do deserve to be here. I won the final competition that determined that I deserved to be here. I got here on my own accord. Did you? Did you win your spot here in the finals? No babes, I got you here. I brought you here. Bring on the questions.
Jeff Probst – Okay, alright. Jury heard what they had to hear, I’ll give them a minute to think of a question for one or both finalists.
We could see some jurors, like Pete and Na’Onka think about their question. Later on, they were ready.
Jeff Probst – Pete, get it started!
Pete stood up and placed himself in front of both finalists.
Pete - Congratulations for doing what 14 of us couldn't and making the finals. I'll be listening to all of your statements and responses, but I've thought about this and decided that I don't need to ask anything because I already know where my vote's headed. Shannon, from my perspective, you made poor strategic decisions and unnecessarily made enemies because of the way you treated other players. Good luck, Angelia! You deserve this.
Shannon - Whipped, dude. So whipped. All game and you still are while on the Jury. Great job.
Angelia - Thank you, Pete.
Angelia and Pete smiled at each other, and Pete returned to his seat.
Jeff Probst – Frosti!
Frosti left his seat to put himself in front of the final two.
Frosti – Hiya guys! I wish I was sitting there... I want you to be honest and tell me what I should have done different or better to be where you two are with a chance to win. One or two things is fine. That's all.
Angelia was ready to answer first.
Angelia - Well, let's see. Honestly, this game relied a lot on allegiances. If you had a good allegiance in this game early on, then you were able to have an easier road later on down the line. I think your issue may have stemmed all the way back to early Nonouti, when the game was still split up into tribes. The way it looked, it appeared that everyone, including Na'Onka, had made strong enough bonds with another that you and Elyse were left out of the equation. If you had maybe been able to dedicate a little more time to socializing with people, then I think you could have maybe had more opportunities for alliances and a more stable game at merge.
Frosti nodded.
Angelia - But of 'course, even after that first round of the merge, there's still alot more game left to be played. I think had you played the way you did up until Jury, you still should have stuck with Nonouti, and the same goes for Na'Onka. As much as I *love* that you both flipped to help Tarawa and push your own motives, it would have been much smarter for you to take one of us out, then take out Tom. This way, you would have had three scared, seemingly hopeless Tarawa's who would have done and promised anything. At that point, you could have made some strong deals to get out of the low totem pole position you were in.
Frosti looked at Shannon for an answer.
Shannon - You ask to keep it real, so i'm going to keep it real for you. In my opinion, I don't think you're cut out for this game. You need to be outgoing and have the want to talk to people. You were shy and quiet and you were with Na'Onka in this game.. which was your downfall. Being Na'Onka's sidekick, her pocket buddy, whatever you want to call it, I don't think that did you any favors. If people weren't going to be able to take out Na'Onka, they were going to want to take you out, because you were just one of her heads, if not her only other head. Had you detached yourself from Na'Onka and attached yourself to someone else, I think that could have helped and you could have maybe had a different outcome and placement. I'll bounce off Ang's comments too. You should have stuck with Nonouti at the start of the merge. You may have been a shit position on Nonouti, but you still would be advancing and you could make deals after things evolved a little bit more in the game. Everything changes and we saw that was the case in the game. You and Na'Onka jumped the gun on taking out Tom and should have waited a round.
Angelia started laughing.
Angelia - Seriously? Shannon, how can you say that about Na'Onka and Frosti's move, when you did the same exact thing to Matty? I don't agree with their move either, but you've lost all credibility when it comes to talking about that move, because you did the same .. exact .. thing. It's almost completely identical. Taking out Tom should have been halted for another round or so, and the same thing goes for Matty's ousting. You couldn't wait until the Final 4 to start stuff up, or even the F5 to start planting seeds? Instead you had to jeopardize things early on, which was a really boneheaded move on your part and was unnecessary. Matty didn't need to go that round whatsoever. It didn't help your game, it just made you look like an idiot and a backstabber. If that was your goal, then you really did hit the nail on the head.
Shannon - To each their own. That's the way you want to see it, then that's on you, Ang. I stand by my Matty move and I'll get into that. But I'm focusing on Frosti's question, not you attacking me from every side just to gain the upperhand. Calm down, toots.
Angelia rolls her eyes, and Dave starts barfing from his jury seat.
Frosti – Good luck!
Jeff Probst – Dave!
Dave – Ya?
Dave looks confused.
Jeff Probst – Go.
Dave – Oh.
Shannon makes an awkward face, as Dave makes his way in front of the final two.
Dave - Hello Final two. I want to congratulate Angelia on getting here and playing an awesome game by the looks of it. Shannon, good job to you as well but I am having a hard time even thinking of why I would ever vote for you. Shannon, I felt like you personally humiliated me in this game. You personally attacked me in ways that had nothing to do with this game, and led me to fall into a depression of hatred for myself.
The atmosphere turns into a moment of truth.
Dave - The fact that someone could be so hateful at someone else for being themselves is very very hurtful. You hurt me more than you will ever understand. The comments that you told me, etc. were downright rude, and I just cannot understand how any of that had to do with the game at all. Angelia, I want to thank you for at least speaking to me like a human being for the brief time we were playing the game together. I wish you the best of luck tonight, because you actually didn't make this game personal.
Angelia nodded and smiled.
Dave - My question to Shannon was what part of your personal attack on me, was game play? Please explain to me on how that helped you game-wise, because to me it was all personal.. and for me to vote for you tonight, I want to understand what your thought process was behind some of the things you said to me.
Shannon - You know.. I don't really give a shit about your vote. There were two votes when I came into this knowing I wouldn't get out of spite, so I'm not going to waste my breath or anyone's time in trying to get those votes, because I would look like a fucking tat in even trying. Who's votes were those? Queen Dave's and Jester Na'Onka's. Everything Na'Onka has to say to me goes in one ear and out the other. Her mouth flaps a million miles an hour, and I hear nothing.
Na’Onka makes an unimpressed expression to him from her seat.
Shannon - When it comes to you.. I don't agree with your lifestyle. But that's cool bro. It's a free country like you said. I know that. Be you, be gay. Don't rub it in my face though. What you did in this game was just as much disrespectful, so I was disrespectful in return, dude. Eye for an eye. You acted like a little girl in this game and acted like a little bitch when you were going to get voted out. You and Na'Onka were the same in trying to mess up camp when you were goners and it just goes to show me that I was right in my arguments against you both. You guys are embarrassments. You don't deserve my time. I don't care if I don't get your votes. Shove them up your asses and give them to Angie. Skip to your loo, go paint your nails, go put on maskara or whatever you girls call it. Just don't talk to me anymore.
Angelia raises an eye brow.
Dave - My question to Angelia is to name the three things that you found to be the most beneficial in having you sit here tonight. They can be other people, situations, twists, challenge wins, etc. and please explain why.
Angelia - The three things that probably were really beneficial to my game were A) the alliance that I made at the start of the game. SPAM. With that alliance, everyone in that alliance benefited from it heavily. With that alliance, we were able to survive the first half of the game and move into the next, and we knew we could trust eachother when we reached the merge portion of the game, and that trust stayed true for a few rounds until Shannon broke it. But in that alliance, I believe there was a totem pole of who was more well off, and I think I could have been that person, which leads me to B) Developing and maintaing my close relationship with Pete, and also, to an extent, Shannon. I had both guys really close to me and both vowed to go the distance with me numerous times. I would say that my final one, C) Winning competitions. I think that if you have those extra little credentials on your resume, that can boost your appeal and push you over the edge.
Dave - Good luck, and thank you to the host for awesome and well-put-together game! Thanks so much. I am done.
Jeff Probst – Na’Onka!
Shannon – Fucking Christ.
Na’Onka makes her way in front of the final two, ready to speak. She stares at Angelia.
Angelia looks worried.
Na’Onka – ANGELIA, Girl… you played FIERCE. You had the boys doing your bidding and you had them eating out the palm of your hand.
Angelia laughs out loud.
Angelia – Thank you.
Na’Onka – Hell, you had Pete over here apologizing to YOU when HE won Immunity and was safe at Tribal Council.
Shannon – AHAHAHAH.
A lot of people start laughing.
Na’Onka – That says something about your game. Now tell me, was this part of your strategy? Getting the boys to do what you wanted? Or did it just happen to form that way for you? Be honest, Survivor Barbie. I want the deets! So give them to me RAW and REAL.
Angelia - I've always been a lover of the whole feminist portrayal of power, and have always respected the strong women in Survivor, which is exactly who I wanted to be in this game. Not just be them, but that's who I actually am. I am a strong female. With that being said, and throwing in my social game, I do think that drew people to me. In the SPAM alliance, I had gotten really close with Pete and he had proved to me time and time again how loyal he was not only to the alliance, but to me. Pete may have been drawn into just my feminine charm .. xD .. but also, just the fact that I appreciated him.
Na’Onka was still listening.
Angelia - He'd tell me if people were plotting against me on Tarawa, and he did just that. He was the one that had reported back to me and told me how Parvati wanted to take me out, and that Nina was pushing the agenda. Then what happened? They both left right after the other. I made that happen, I pushed for that to happen. I had pushed that vote to Shannon and Matty; to SPAM. I had loyal players like Pete, I guess, as you said, "eating out the palms" of my hand. The same went for Shannon; he was always behind me. Shannon wouldn't even be where he is right now if it weren't for SPAM keeping him safe, or me. He was targeted on Tarawa numerous times and then also in the early merge by Nounouti and even in the late merge by the likes of you, Na'Onka, and Pete even. He wouldn't even be here right now, frankly.
Shannon was listening too.
Angelia - I think that I showed that I was a strong woman in this game. I believe it was Dave who had come up to me after Tom had been voted out and said that he loved the strong female types in the game, and a girl who kicks ass. He then teased the idea of maybe working with him and Gina in the game, along with Pete, which is also what Pete had reported back to me, and what Dave had mentioned. The problem with that, was, I was loyal to SPAM and everyone int he alliance had shown nothing but loyalty. I didn't want to be like you and perhaps, potentially mess up an advantage I had going for me by flipping.
Na’Onka flipped her weave, and stared at Shannon.
Shannon – Christ.
Na’Onka – Shannon…
She keeps staring at him.
Na’Onka – You DISGUST ME.
Shannon – Yeah well, you disgust me too.
Na’Onka – You do NOT and I repeat, DO NOT, deserve to be sitting here at the end of this game. The only thing you deserve is a kick in the nuts and a fist to your mouth. The way you TREATED some of the people in this game, attacking sexuality, race and gender... you will come off as nothing more than what YOU ARE...
Na’Onka glares at him in the eyes.
Na’Onka – A LOW LIFE…
Angelia barfs.
Na’Onka – SCUM…
Shannon keeps listening.
Na’Onka – THE BOTTOM OF THE LADDER… GARBAGE.
Shannon – Ahah, coming from you?
Na’Onka – You were a MISOGYNISTIC PIG F*CK. I hope you get what YOU DESERVE.
Shannon - I knew that you were going to come in here, hold a grudge, be a little bitch about everything, and try to trash me since it would be your last, opportune time in this game. I wouldn't want your cunt of a vote to begin with.
Na’Onka turns around and returns to her seat, while Dave would keep barfing.
Jeff Probst – Elyse!
Elyse was wearing a beautiful dress, and she was fixing her dress to not trip on the ground, she then made her way in front of the final two.
Elyse – Congrats Angie and Shannon on making it to the final 2! I have to say, I can't say I'm too happy for this final 2, only because I had a big feeling something like this would happen as soon as Nay flipped at the merge. However, you guys did play a good game and you deserve it.
Shannon smiles.
Elyse - Angie, we didn't talk a whole lot but I did like you from when we did talk. We did have a fun time on the reward once at least.
Angelia - Yeah, that was a fun reward! Good fishing trip.
Elyse - Shannon, we didn't really get to know each other but from what I did see, you seemed to be a mess without any strategy whatsoever except maybe to make enemies so they'd take you to the end? Either way, it worked as you were able to stay until you pulled out that final win. My question to both of you is, what is your biggest regret in this game?
Angelia - My biggest regret, hm. I feel like if there had to be a regret in this game, it would have been putting too much trust in certain people, namely the guy sitting next to me. Who would have known that he'd flip and make a stupid move for no reason? I obviously didn't leave room for error, and should have. I feel like throughout this game, each decision you make, does ultimately catch up to you in the end when and if you reach the end. It has to. It does. I feel like every move I did make though, was a good one. As one of my favorite people has said: no regrets, only choices. And at the end of the day, I feel like they were my own. i don't regret anything. I did make it here, and I feel like I have much to show for it, and I'm happy with my game.
Shannon was listening to her before speaking.
Shannon - I don't have any regrets. I don't regret taking out Matty. I don't regret flipping to save you, Na'Onka, and Frosti. I also don't regret flipping back on you guys and joining back up with my original alliance. I did what I felt I needed to get far in this game. If you want to have me say something then it would be to win maybe one or two more competitions. I agree that those extra wins can only help your game, but while in the game I just felt that I didn't need them, so I wasn't going to showboat like a "certain someone sitting next to me".
Angelia rolls her eyes.
Angelia – Mmk.
Elyse – Good luck.
Elyse smiled at them one more time before returning to her seat.
Jeff Probst – Matty!
Matty quickly placed himself in front of the final two to adress them.
Matty – Hey guys, congrats on Final 2!
Shannon – Thanks, man.
Angelia – Thank you!
Matty – I personally dislike both of you.
Shannon laughs and Angelia’s face looks shocked.
Matty - So I'm not happy to see you two in the finale, anyway you made it, so good job on that! In my opinion, one of you played the game really well and the other was just a sitting duck and got dragged to where they are. All you need is to answer my question perfectly and you'll get my vote! My question to both of you is: I would like to know what exactly happened and how you voted the round I left?
Angelia - The round you left, the plan was to take out Na'Onka. We all discussed that as an alliance. However, that was the round that Na'Onka won Immunity, so that plan was done. the next best competitor left on their side was Elyse, and we all also discussed Elyse going as that vote. We were all on board. When we sent those messages, everyone responded and said that Elyse going was fine, and it was a done deal. When you got voted out, we knew it was Shannon right away. By we, I mean Pete and I. We knew he flipped the vote to take you out, and that whole round we gave him hell for it. It wasn't needed at all, and it was a boneheaded move.
Shannon - I voted you out. I knew it was 4 against 3 and we were in a good spot, but when we hit that 4, I wasn't going to be. I made the move to increase my chances. I flipped to take you out, who I thought was playing a really clean under the radar game, in order to make me the swing in the next round. Angie and Pete would need me to flip back and Nonouti would still need me to keep their numbers. As for everyone saying if it weren't for me, I wouldn't have gotten to that point. I don't agree with that. I don't think you, Angie, or Pete helped me early in the game. We helped the alliance. Nothing you all did was for me out of personal feelings, it was to better advance yourselves. For you guys to say that you protected me is kind of bullshit. You protected the alliance. Protecting the alliance, protected you. When it came time to protect myself, I protected myself, and I took you out of this game to accomplish that.
Angelia barfs.
Angelia - Delusional.
Shannon - I'm not.
Angelia - No, you are. You're making excuses for everything.
Matty - Thanks and good luck.
Matty returned to his seat, and Jeff pointed at Gina.
Jeff Probst – Gina, close it out!
Gina stood up and placed herself in front of the final two.
Gina – Unfortunately, I’ve never talked to either of you which makes this kind of unfair for you guys. Also I have absolutely no clue anything at all that happened in Tarawa, or anything at all that happened in the merge really. So if throughout your answers you could explain those parts of the game like I'm an amnesiac five year old, that would be helpful. I want you to tell me about the time in the game when you *strategically* felt the most in danger or most vulnerable. Tell me when, strategically in terms of the balance of social relationships within your tribe, things looked bad for you. At this point, what did you do to change things for the better? Try and focus on things you personally and actively did at that point. You can reference things you did previously if by doing them earlier it helped you at that point in the game.
Angelia - The biggest time would have to be right when we merged, hands down. I don't think I ever felt a time more stressful or the most vulnerable. We were really down and out at that point, there was no denying that. You guys had the numbers, and the plan would have been simple: wipe all the Tarawa's out of the game. Send them to extinction. However, a "get out of jail free" card basically fell in our laps, and Na'Onka was hinting at flipping to us right at the start of merge. We didn't commit right away, and we just played with the idea. We didn't know if she was playing us or if she was legit. But nevertheless, we went with it.
Gina nodded and Angelia continued.
Angeila - I told everyone not to doubt the idea. The guys were kind of doubting if that was just a scheme or a ploy against us, but I told them that this was our only shot at really trying to turn this around in our favor. Luckily, Na'Onka wasn't kidding. We told eachother that if Na'Onka wasn't committed to helping us, she wouldn't go into detail about the plan to flip. And if we felt she was playing us, we'd just rat her out to the rest of you. But, she did go into detail. I think another time in this game where I felt really vulnerable was the round I didn't win Immunity, and there was a chance I could go home. However, the swing vote was Shannon, and I knew what I had to do to make sure Shannon kept me in this game: flirt with him. Shannon's really rather easy. That was his big chance to take out another threat, like he had said about Matty, but he didn't take the chance, and instead stayed loyal to me.
Gina - Thanks Angelia! I have a follow up for you... could you explain to me why people are saying Shannon said bigoted comments? What did he say, who did he say it to, and how did he say it?
Angelia - Sure! Shannon has either lost all of his sanity or he's playing a character really well. After you left, Shannon started getting into this role of attacking people for almost no reason. He attacked Dave for being gay on numerous occasions. He cut his gay flag at camp and threw it in Dave's face to taunt him. It's stuff like that you can't respect. It's not needed, it wasn't strategical. It was just dumb. Someone like him, to sit around and do stuff like that .. it's just appalling to me. He also made sure to taunt Na'Onka on her way out, and rattled her cage out of pure enjoyment. I don't know if it was a sick fetish or what.
Gina looked over at Shannon, waiting for an answer.
Shannon - I avoided all the possible situations where i'd feel vulnerable or in danger. I had my alliance of SPAM, which I took a big part in putting together. I had my bases covered. That was my game. I was always thinking, always making sure I was covered. As much as I liked Ang, I knew that she was closer to Pete. That's why I wanted the dude out. I knew that if either won the last competition of the game I would be screwed.. so to AVOID being put in a position like you mentioned in your question, I did what I had to do.. and that was win to keep myself safe and advance to the final stage of the game. And I did that.
Angelia - E x a g g e r a t e d .
Gina - Thanks Shannon! A follow up for you... could you explain to me why you and Na'onka dislike each other? What happened between you two and why do you feel about her the way you do?
Shannon - Me going against Dave and Na'Onka shouldn't reflect on my gameplay. Those were personal feelings that I had with them, and they had with me. I didn't like them, they didn't like me. My problem with Na'Onka is that when she knew I flipped back to my original alliance, I was screwing her over, so she went on the offensive. She did her tantrum, cussed us all out. Hey? I want to join in on the fun, i'll do it too. I did it to Dave, right? I'll do it to Na'Onka. You want to act like a child? I'll treat you like a child.
Angelia - You don't call children "faggots" or imply racism.
Shannon shrugs.
Shannon - I said acting like.
Gina - Thanks Angelia and Shannon, I appreciate your answers to my question and throughout this Final Tribal Council. I'm sad I didn't get to talk with you more in the game. Good luck!
Jeff Probst – Alright! Before we get to the vote, you have one more chance to convince the jury with a closing statement. Shannon, you’re first!
Shannon - I'll make this short and sweet for everyone. Dave and Na'Onka, I don't care what you guys do. I don't give a shit where you guys are looking to stick your vote. Frosti asked me to keep it real in his question, and I've kept it real during this whole thing. Matty, dude, give your vote to the guy who stuck his neck out and made risks, not played it safe. I know that you were the main casualty of my decision, but bro, you can't sit there and say that you were fully into this game and giving it everything you had. I saw an opportunity to take out someone who had a chance at really cleaning house at the very end and that person was you. I flipped, I took your ass out, and that helped me move forward. We know it would've been me gone if it was a SPAM Final 4, and that's why I made the move I made. That's why I took you out of the game. Gina, your vote is an important vote. We never spoke, but I don't feel like I never got the chance to even talk to you. I was not a challenge whore. But I won when I needed to. I won the final challenge. I was a very confrontational player, I kept it one hundred, and I still made it to the end. I think that is a feat that not many people can accomplish in the game of Survivor. Pete, you'll vote for your girlfriend, that's cool bro, but it makes you look whipped. Just letting you know. Elyse, you voted me twice, I voted you once and got you out. We weren't close. I scratched your back, you scratched mine, and then I clawed you out of the game for being the strongest remaining Nonouti. Good luck to you guys and your final decision. Deuces.
Jeff looked at Angelia.
Angelia - Thank you to everyone for your questions. I hope this process has helped you decide your vote if it wasn't already decided, or further confirmed your vote if you had already made up your mind. I just want to say for one, final time that this game has been important to me these past 30 plus days, and I want nothing more than to win this game, and become the second victor in this amazing, new series. All of you helped me get to the end of this game in each of your own ways, whether as an obstacle I had to overcome, an ally throughout the process, or a helpful vote. Each of you were a part of my journey to the end. I hope that when you are about to write down the name of your winner, you look at Shannon and I side by side, and you think back on all our answers we've just given you. Examine them, go over them, ponder over the details. Shannon's game wasn't better than mine, and it wasn't as great and straight-forward as he's made it out to seem tonight. He's heavily depended on people in this game, and he's given them 0 credit for it and taken all. I respect his will and want to win, but I don't respect his methods in sugarcoating and amplifying his moves and exaggerating them to the point that they're way out of proportion.
The jury were still listening.
Angelia - Matty, Shannon's reasoning for taking you out is complete bogus. You weren't even his initial target. His initial target to take out that round was Pete because he was jealous of Pete and my relationship and the fact that Pete slayed him in countless competitions. You were just a second option to Shannon. He wasn't going to take me out, because like I mentioned, and like Na'Onka had said, he was the one, if not the main one, that was "eating out the palm" of my hand. He wasn't going to take me out of the game. If I was able to hold that kind of power over him .. then I think that says good things about my gameplay, and not his. Gina, Shannon's spiel about how he was never able to talk to you is also just another one of his excuses. If I recall, and I know Pete and Matty can probably vouch for me on this, Shannon was the main, if not only person that sent a message out to the alliance and stated that we shouldn't talk to anyone outside the alliance, and keep tribal lines intact. He *wanted* to isolate you and Dave and keep you on the outside. Even though you weren't able to be online, I remember sending you an offline, wanting to talk, and I had also spoken to Dave when I could, regardless of what Shannon said was "best" for the SPAM alliance. Elyse, I spoke to you more than one occasion, and I did genuinely want to get to know you as a person and player, and that was one of the reasons I brought you on that fishing trip. Shannon was just a user. In conclusion, I put my all into this game, I gave it everything I had. I hope you guys see that. Thank you.
Jeff Probst – Alright jury, you’ve heard from Angelia and Shannon, you’ve had a chance to address them… you should have all the information you need to decide who’s most deserving of the title of Sole Survivor and a million dollars that goes along with it… Tonight, you are voting for a WINNER. For the LAST time… it is… time to vote… Na’Onka, you’re up!
Na'Onka, you're up!
Na’Onka stands up and goes voting, followed by Pete and Elyse. Then Gina reaches the vote, and she writes down a name, before bending it and put it in the urn. Dave then comes to vote, followed by Matty. Finally, Frosti just put his vote in the urn and returned to his seat.
Jeff Probst – I’ll tally the votes…
While Jeff was gone, we could see Angelia and Shannon not grabbing each other’s hands, and just look away from each other, as Jeff would return with the urn.
Jeff Probst – This game finally came to an end after thirty-nine days! Angelia… Shannon…
Both were smiling at Jeff.
Jeff Probst – The seven votes inside this urn are about to make one of you a millionaire… but you’re gonna have to wait… just a bit longer!
Shannon – Ahah, damn.
Jeff Probst – I’ll see you back in New York for the reading of the votes!
While everyone remained on their seat, Jeff started walking away with the urn. We could then see him take the copter, a train, then get off a car, and he finally entered the same tribal council but in New York, with thousands of people applauding.
